It was a quiet and peaceful night somewhere at a vast grassland. The wind breeze and the sky was clear, no clouds were above as the moon shines the land with its glowing majestic light.
Though soon later, the place was no longer peaceful as a red portal appeared on the sky, it then spits out a person as he fell onto the ground. It was a demon.
The demon then groaned and got up as he then looked up to the portal above him.
"So much for a thanks!! I literally did nothing wr—"
Before he could finish his words the portal closed leaving the demon speechless.
"..."
The demon then looked around and examined the area. He spotted nothing but only grass, when he looked down he spotted a piece of... Wood.
"Wood.. Wood... Of course, only one planet in the whole universe has woods. Fucking earth, not surprised, so original... Well couldn't get any worse than this, I've spent some times before on earth I'm sure I can get through this again! First, I'll have to find a particular species for my amusement until said time.. Humans."
The demon then grew his wide wings before he flew off from the ground, soaring throughout the skies of the grassland.
Little did he know, someone was watching.
A monochrome ghost emerged from the shadows as he whistled at what he just saw.
"Was it my eyes tricking me or did I just saw a demon, a damn demon! Oh how I really wanted to meet one in this boring afterlife... Let's see what the buddy got in store."
The ghost then hovered following the demon.
