In the middle of a cold land, a land where snow and ice were your only company. The freezing sharp wind ruled over across the biome, any ordinary human would be freezing to death by now. In the middle of it stood a weakened and freezing Kanza; demons were very sensitive to cold.
"Fucking narcissistic and piece of shit human.. Ugh.. Where the hell am I..?"
Every step she took, her feet buried deeper into the snow; she was losing her strength.
crunch.
Kanza snapped towards the sound, a glimmer of hope was visible in her eyes.
"Shattered?! Shattered, is that you?!"
A figure was approaching the female demon. At first she was certain it was Shattered, but the lack of tentacles confused her as the figure got nearer. And so, the fog cleared itself to reveal a particular demon: Noche.
Fear, was the only thing Kanza felt once the demon was in clear vision. She began trembling and backed away.
"C-Christoff! Hey.. So g-good to see you.."
Noche gave no response as he kept on walking towards Kanza, his void-face intimidated the female demon who once was the love of his life, or was she?
"S-say something.. Please.."
"..."
"No.. Stay back. STAY BACK!"
Kanza fired a fireball at the demon, but it quickly extinguished once came onto contact with him.
"What..?!"
Kanza fired more and more, with every one of them did no damage to Noche. The demon was unfazed by this and kept on walking towards his 'opponent'.
"Weak."
Noche clenched his fist and dashed forward, as he got into a close distance he quickly swung his arm with force and his fist connected to the cheek of the female demon. The force was so strong that she was thrown backwards, destroying several trees.
"I used to believe that you were the one that'd bring joy to my life." Noche started, he approached the female demon again.
"Every single time you were with me, I had this indescribable feeling. I once thought it was love, but I realized now.. It wasn't. It never was, then what was it?"
The female demon crawled away weakly, but Noche grabbed her feet and threw her for the second time, again destroying several trees that got in her way.
"That indescribable feeling, was my mind telling my heart not to trust you. I was blind then, I couldn't see your true sinister smile. You used me for your own amusement and needs."
Tears began falling from the corner of Kanza's eyes.
"So, tell me. Why? Why, WHY ME?!"
Noche sprinted to where Kanza was, only to found no one.
"Y'know.."
Kanza quietly walked away from the area weakly, the trees were her only defense.
"You may hide like a coward, you may run away from me. But no matter how far you are, I am always nearby!"
