It was early June 1999; darkness filled the night, the storm was ragged, and the clouds thundered. Even the moon seemed scared and hid behind the clouds. When the thud of lighting hit the ground, the scream of a lady was even louder; she was in pain, growling and wrestling with it. She was a would-be mother; in no time she was in labor pain, her water had broken, and she needed to deliver immediately. No! The traditional way definitely was not the choice in this household of the Royal Rajputs'. So, the best doctors were there for her care during all nine months, and even now, although it was in her bedroom, it was no less than an ICU ward.
The pain made her weak, and she was not in a state to push anymore, but she wanted to see her kids. She had a mixture of feelings: excitement, stress, confusion, and so much more. She gave it her last try with all her might as she screamed even louder and then rested back to breathe. The palace was filled with the cries of the babies; the queen had given birth to twins, a beautiful girl and a handsome boy.
The boy was the first one to come out, followed by his little baby sister just half a minute after him. At the same time, in the ponds of that palace, the birth of the two tortoises—a girl and a boy—took place, and they were the soul friends of the twins who had just given birth. It was all planned well before time, and it took place just the way the queen wanted it to.
The Rajputana of Singh Rajput's was from Rajasthan, where the only son of the Raja Pritam and Rajmata Prita ruled as the people's king and not a dictator; their son Karanveer was not just a prince but an industrialist who was an ex-military (premature retirement due to responsibilities). Army was the place where he met the Indian Defense Minister and his second wife Sofia's (the princess of Sweden), only daughter Maria Lawrence. Maria had an elder stepbrother named Rohit from her dad's first marriage with Amrita, who died in a plane crash.
Karanveer and Maria were happily married for 2 years until the prince found himself in love with another woman, who was a prostitute named Ramaya, when his wife Maria was pregnant. Maria knew all about it in her seventh month; she accepted it all because she knew what kind of man her husband was. She forgot about it and forgave him.
Eventually, this matter was buried. Time flew by, and years passed after the birth of the twins of the Rajputana. Named Jovana and Johaan, both of which meant that 'God is Gracious', the counterpart for Johaan is Eve, and Jovana took care of Evan, the tortoises, remember? They were 5 years old now, born with a golden spoon, and they were raised luxuriously. It being their 5th birthday, the parents had organized a party like every year, grand and big. Everyone was invited, from higher officials to politicians, industrialists, and actors. All the big and powerful were present.
But no one person can predict the future perfectly; they say disaster has found its way to paradise. The paradise was set ablaze by some uninvited guests; hundreds of people ran for their lives, and the twins were estranged from their parents during this rampage. Queen went back into the flames to find them when she was stabbed brutally many times until her soul flew away from her body. The queen was no more; the perfect business partner and life partner of King Karanveer was dead; the mother of two 5-year-olds was dead; the whole state mourned; and they gave her a state funeral. They had lost the life of their lives.
