Zayn felt his body stiffen at his father's sudden question, he stood there silently. Then his father turned towards him

"Beta, bol na ayega na woh?" Aziz asked his voice filled with hope.

Zayn couldn't crush his father's heart by denying the fact that
he was never gonna come back.

"Zarur ayenge woh baba!" Zayn said controlling himself from breaking down.

"Haina , meh bhi tumhari mumma se yeh hi kehta hoon par pata nhi woh kyu nhi manti hai" Aziz said and when Zayn went little close to him, he smelled alcohol.

His father hated alcohol, but after that incident he was addicted to drinking. It took everything in Zayn's mother to make him stop. Zayn felt a sudden rush of memories flooding back in his mind..

"Chale baba bohut raat hogyi hai ap so jaye." Zayn said while trying to hold him.

"Nhi nhi! Pehle mujhe mere Bete se milao, Mujhe mere sabse bade bete se milao Zayn!" Aziz said to Zayn while stumbling.

"Thike thike baba pakka kal subeh apke bete se milwa dunga! Abhi ap sojaye woh bhi so Raha hoga na" Zayn said trying to hold his father.

"Haan haan Mera Raja beta! Sone do usse sone do, bichara takk gya hoga na" Aziz said and Zayn took him to his parents room.

And he made his father lay on the bed, and covered him with blanket.

He saw his mother was sleeping peacefully as he reached the other side he saw some tablets on the desk, he picked them up , they were sleeping pills,He kept them at their place.

He left the room and went to the lawn, he sat on one of the sofas..

He was lost in his thoughts, He was remembering the days when he was not the oldest brother..

Flashback :-

"Omer bhaii! Apne cheating ki hai!"  A little 7 year old Zayn said to A 15 year old old omer.

"Accha beta ab tu har gya toh mene cheating ki hai!? Yeh konsa insaf hua bhala?" Omer replied.

"Ap chup rahe! Or chale hum firse khelte hai!" Zayn said and they started their game again.

But as they started playing again, they heard loud shouting voices , glass shattering..and much more..

Little Zayn was very scared. He looked up at omer who looked scared and worried.

"Zayn do not leave this room, ok? Until I come back!" Omer said and was about to leave when Zayn held his hand.

"Bhai.. dar lagra hai please matt jao.." Zayn said with tears in his eyes..

"Kuch nhi hoga meri jaan , bhai humesha apke sath hai.." omer said and kissed Zayn's forehead and gave him headphones and put the volume on high and left..

That was the last day Zayn saw Omer..

End of flashback.

Omer khan, was the first son of the Khan family..Aziz's first wives son! His wife left him without any trace when Omer was born.

Aziz was heart broken, he didn't knew how to raise a kid. So his mother (their dadi) decided to get him married once again.

Sabia gave Omer all the love that a mom could give to her child. But the differences started when Zayn was born. Aziz started drinking and he started gambling as well.

And because of this he started abusing Omer verbally and even physically sometimes.

But after that day , Omer never returned back and Aziz stopped drinking.
