"I really want to go back Niall," I said to my friend as we were on the phone together. I was back in my suite and the triplets would stop by my home almost every day to check in on me. It has been two months since I have been away from work and I feel like now is a good time for me to come back. Yes, I still got paid, but I want to be doing something. I need to keep myself busy somehow. Yes, I am still in grieving, but it has gotten better since then, and that was thanks to them. I want to work though. I love my job and I miss doing it.

"Well, why don't you tell your bosses that you want to come back?" Niall asked me and I of course was already doing that. "Already on it," I said to him as I was texting my bosses.

Me: Hello. I wanted to reach out and tell you guys that I'm now ready to get back to work. I can come back as soon as tomorrow.

It was only about 5 minutes before I noticed that they now have read the message and instead of typing anything in response, Edward was calling me. I had to say a quick goodbye to my friend and end the call with him so that I could answer the call with one of my bosses and close friends.

"Edward?" "Hello Louis. I saw your message just now and after I talked with the other two, we have come to an agreement. We do want you back of course, please don't think that we don't, but we do want you to be in a good mental state. We want you to seek some therapy and we do want to suggest some wellness techniques to you so that you can get better," he tells me and I do take his words to heart. "Alright um... So I can't come back?" I asked and he was quick to answer. "You can come back Louis, but we still want you to take care of yourself, you know? You will now have a half day on Friday, and whatever day you decide to take those therapy sessions will be the days that you have off, okay?" He offered and I thought about it.

"Um... Okay," I said after about a minute. "Now if you feel as though you are okay and we'll then adjust so that you can have a full day on Friday, but those therapy days are still going to be your off days. You are still free to come in tomorrow, but we do expect you to take the steps to take care of your mental health." "Um... Alright. If that's what you want me to do?" "I surely don't want to force you to do anything, but you have lost someone who is heavily important to you and we know how that can effect the mind of a loved one. We have lost our stepfather, and we were effected to the point that we just didn't work for a whole year, so we always want to make sure that our workers, or even our friends, gain the opportunity to truly focus on themselves," he says to me and I took that to heart as well.

"I understand and I will look into it after I hang up. Um..." "Is there something else Louis? Are you alright?" Edward asked, actually sounding pretty concerned. "Um, yeah... I was just wondering if we could hang out after you three are off?" I asked and waited on a response. "I don't have anything after work, so I will be able to be there, but let me see about the other two..." He said and I heard some shuffles in the background. I soon heard him talking and I knew that it was the other two brothers.

"They are free after work, so at what time do you want to meet?" Edward asked and I smiled. "Is 4 okay with you?" I asked and he hummed. "Hmmm... how about 4:30 so that we can have a chance to get out of our work clothes?" He suggested and I nodded my head. Once again realizing that he is not able to see me, I gave him a more verbal answer.

"4:30 it is then," I said to him and I knew that he was smiling on the other end. Because the tone in his voice got a bit lighter.

"See you then darling." We say goodbye to each other before I hang up first. I then called Niall and I gave him an update.

"They want me back, but they want me to seek help for my mental and emotional health. I am spending time with them when they're done with work today though," I said to him when he picked up after the third ring. "Seems fair enough and It's good that you are seeing them again. Are you going to make them like you even more?" "I don't actually know... I just want to be out of the house right now and that seemed to be the best way for my to do just that. I guess right now, I'm just going with the flow." "Well when you are done with your little hongout with them, then you can hang out with Shawn and I." "Sounds like a plan. See you then Niall," I said with a smile and he said goodbye before I hung up the phone.
