Interior - The Lookout (Central Room) - Day

Chase is pacing back and forth with a worried look.

The other pups arrive

Rubble (Concerned): Any sign of him?

Chase (Concerned): No, I've already called his communicator like 100 times and he doesn't answer me.

Skye (Concerned): We searched the entire barracks and there is no clue as to where he could have gone.

Rocky (Concerned): But it's clear that he stayed fixing his ATV all night, he's not here either.

Marshall (Concerned): I called several of our friends and they said they haven't seen him. The only ones I haven't located are Alexa and Ephraín, they don't answer the calls either. And Javier is coming here

Zuma (Concerned): Dude, we don't really know what's happening, but I don't like it.

Liberty (Concerned): Me neither.

Chase watches Adventure City from the window

Chase (Concerned): Ryder, where are you?

Interior - Ephraín's Apartment (Secret Room) - Day

Ephraín looks at Ryder evilly, while Ryder looks at him seriously.

Ephraín (Sinister): You followed your mother's path. Maybe even better... Becoming a rescue leader

Ryder (Serious): I always wanted to help people and what better teacher than my mom. Today she would be very proud to see that I followed in her footsteps

At a fast pace, Ryder walks towards the door, but Ephraín pushes him into the furniture, and he falls into a sitting position.

Ephraín (Angry): If only people had admired me, this story would be very different. But not. Your mother took away of me the possibility of being recognized by everyone, of being someone worthy of admiration... And you are going to pay for that.

Ephraín approaches and takes Ryder by the arm tightly.

Ephraín (Angry): You will never be half the rescuer your parents were.

Ryder (Annoyed and Worried): Let go of me and stop saying that! You are only a rescuer because you want glory, to be admired. My mom didn't steal anything from you, she was the opposite of you.

Ephraín threw Ryder to the ground

Ephraín (Angry): Because your mother always wanted to stand out from the rest. And she always did everything she could to earn the admiration of many.

Ryder started to get up again

Ryder (Annoyed and Worried): Stop saying that, please!

Ryder tries to run towards the door, but Ephraín pushes him against the wall and corners him.

Ryder (Annoyed): You were always angry that my mom was better than you at being a rescuer. And maybe that's why you ended up working alone, without any equipment. Because you're not a good leader, you just want to take the credit and be... I don't know... The only admirable rescuer.

Ephraín (Serious): Maybe you're right. Maybe that led me to prevent rescuers like your mother from getting in my way.

Ryder looks at Epharaín in shock

Ryder (In Shock): What are you saying?

Ephraín (Serious and Cold): There was a man in our rescue team named Leonardo, maybe you've heard of him, we even mentioned him at dinner, the night we all met again. He's was almost as good as Ashley, but unfortunately he met her not too long ago. A little belladonna in his drink was enough for him to go to the afterlife. I must admit that... It hurt me a lot to see how his loved ones suffered because of his death
