Colsons POV

Me and my girl broke up 2 months ago and I gotta say I'm still pretty sad about it I mean we were together for 3 years, she just up and left me for no reason I don't even know what I did.
I decided to finally go out and try to have some fun with my buddy Pete tonight, we decided to go to some fair in town, get drunk, high, and ride some rides.

Y/ns POV

"Come on bri!!! Don't you wanna have a little fun?" I said to my best friend who hasn't spoken to me since her break up with Colson, I don't even know why they broke up she won't tell me.
"I told you y/n I just don't feel like it" she said laying in her bed. To be honest she doesn't even seem like she wants me around "bri. Do you even want to see me? I mean it's been 2 months!" I confronted her "it's not that I don't wanna see you I just uh I just don't wanna go out" she said looking around suspiciously "then how about I stay here with you? We hangout watch a movie" I said trying to convince her "maybe another time I just wanna sleep" she says then suddenly we hear knocking at the door "who's that?" I ask "NOBODY!! Look y/n you gotta go" she says pushing me towards the window "whoa I'm not going out the window who is here Brianna." I state kinda angry now "y-y/n I'm s-sorry" she says with big eyes "sorry for what?" I ask so confused, suddenly the door opens and I see him. My ex boyfriend. At my best friends house. With flowers. "What the-" "y/n wait it's not what it looks like" bri says stupidly "I'm out of here fuck both of y'all" and with that I left without looking back.
I was so pissed off I just wanted to get my mind off of everything so I decided to go to this fair I was gonna take Bri to but only not go sober. I'm gonna get hammered.

COLSON POV

"FUCK DUDE IM GONNA PUKE" I say gagging getting off the ride I was so fucked up bro and we went on a roller coaster "same dude" Pete says both of us laughing and stumbling around, "I know what will fix this" Pete says and I look at him and he's smiling looking over at the stand that serves alcohol "FUCK YEA" I yell and we run over there.
Me and Pete were ordering our drinks and I spot a familiar face ordering a drink, "I know you" I say slapping myself for being weird, she turns to face me and I see who it is. Y/n. My exs best friend. Shit. "Oh shit what's up Colson" she says with a nod "hey y/n how you been?" I say thinking if I should ask about Bri "eh been better but nothing a little alcohol can't fix" she says laughing then Pete jumps on my shoulders "WHOA Y/N!!! What the fuck is up dude" Pete says giving her a big hug "hey Pete!! Long time no see!!" She says and they continue catching up, they were always pretty close when we all used to hangout.
"So you here by yourself?" Pete asks her "well I was supposed to come with you know who and well fuck her" she suddenly says and I looked at her with wide eyes "wait what? Yall not friends anymore?" I suddenly ask "yea no"  she says rolling her eyes and taking a sip of her drink "why?" Pete asks her "uhhh let's not get into that let's go ride ridesss come on guys" she says grabbing our hands and pulling us to rides.

Y/ns POV

We were riding rides and all were super drunk having the best time til it was sadly time for the fair to close. Bummer. "Guyssss let's go out to a bar" I say wanting to continue the fun, I never really got to know Colson cuz he was always up bris ass but he was actually super fun to be around "FUCK YEA!!" Pete says and we all ubered to a bar near us.
"SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS" we all sang taking shot after shot dancing around the bar I ended up on a table with Pete dancing while Colson threw dollar bills at us, let's just say we were causing a ruckus. We didnt care tho, we were having so much fun. I never let loose and get drunk so I was acting wild, suddenly Pete opens up a little baggy with white powder and Colson got excited and they started secretly taking bumps I think it was cocaine? "Hey y/n you want a bump?" Colson says looking at me grinning wiggling his eyebrows "uhhh i don't knowww I've never done it" I say kinda nervous "it'll sober you up so you can keep partying" Pete says handing me a bump.
I looked at it for a good 30 seconds and thought fuck it and snorted it all up.
That made us all go more crazy we were dancing and laughing and singing it was like I was in a movie or something. That didn't last long.
"Y/n????" I suddenly hear a familiar voice say and instantly turned around "Colson?" She says again making Colson turn around looking shocked at her with my ex boyfriend "Bri?" Colson says looking sad "what are y'all doing here ?" I say in a bitchy tone "I thought you didn't wanna go out and have fun tonight... OH RIGHT. You just didn't wanna have fun with me you wanted to have fun with my ex." I said again getting in her face I think it was the alcohol and cocaine.
"Whoa y/n calm down" Pete says grabbing my shoulder pulling me back "yea y/n so what are you doing here with MY ex trying to get back at me?" She says with a smirk and just as I was about to reply I get cut off "so this is why you left me? To be with this asshole?" Colson says getting angry now "sorry bro you just weren't doing it for me anymore" she says to him with a smirk and wrapped her arms around my ex, I wanted to punch her in the face for talking to Colson like that but instead I grabbed his "come on col they aren't worth it" I say and led him out the bar. Pete following us.

Colsons POV

"Come on col they aren't worth it" y/n says leading me out the bar, I don't know why but her standing up for me made my heart melt and the way she called me Col, no one ever called me Col before I loved it. I never really realized how attractive y/n was til tonight she just glowed and god damn was she fun, when we were partying I completely forgot about why I was even sad in the first place, she made it all go away, even when Bri showed up y/n was there to make me feel better I didn't want it to end "alright guys I think ima head home now" she says and I didn't wanna let her go "y/n wait I'll take you home" I say and she smiles "it's okay Col you go hangout with Pete ima go get some sleep" she says "uhhh no way you gotta get home safe and I think kells should take you" Pete says grinning trying to give her a hint "okay fine take me home Col" she gives in and I look bag and mouth a thank you to Pete before walking her home.
