While the two admired their work and realized what they had done was something of truly amazing proportion, Cosmic asked his sister a question.
"Do you like the name N-1, sister?"
"If it's a codename, sure... but can we get a better name, that we'll call the child?"
Cosmos swiftly responded, it left Cosmic a bit deflated because he quite liked the name N-1. The name was basic for a reason, easy to remember and but he supposed it could just be a codename. She could be quite moody, maybe she had been getting antsy just to get this experiment finally over with. Cosmic shook his head and then responded
"So then what?"
Cosmos gave it some thought, but then she remembered a civilization she was quite fond of. It was a warrior civilization and race that worked together despite seeming so divided. But nonetheless, they lasted a very long time. They had their own hierarchy system with levels ranging from lowest class being by the name of Minor all the way up to their God's rank, HELL CURT. It was also quite interesting because this civilization wasn't like others with their fake Gods, oh no. The one in this position was a true God in their society. It was quite unique, because this was one of three civilizations that the Cosmi Twins had actually seen being conceived by a higher, powerful being that wasn't the two of them. This race turned out to be one created by one of the Four Dominus. This race was conceived by the one and only Mortem.
They loved how the Omniverse worked its own magic. Mortem had some interesting abilities of his own, most notably of which was Blood Manipulation and Death. Along with this civilization there were two other civilizations that were believed to be the first across the Omniverse. So wonderful these civilizations were, but they all shared one thing in common: they were made by a Dominus.
"Helcurt, it is from derived civilization of one of the Four Dominus from, I think this Cosmi God will suit the name wonderfully."
Oh wonderfully he did indeed. Oh... so... wonderfully...
Cosmic sighed and responded.
"Very well then."
Cosmic shrugged it off, Helcurt had a ring to it, it resonated with him very much. He also liked the civilization it was derived from, it had power behind it. Cosmic's hopes rose even higher as the moments passed, he was becoming restless, the two Everlords quickly began to work to fully form this orb and give it life. Soon enough, the orb exploded into sheer light and began forming a body. It was much similar to Cosmic's, the being was taller though. As the being formed and turned into a fully fleshed out, living, breathing, COSMI GOD. The Cosmi God took its first breath and then walked around. It did not speak, it did not do much, its body was made of pure light and had no definite gender, it didn't even seem to have emotion. Cosmic and Cosmos looked at each other, they knew they had to spend another while to create another Cosmi God, they weren't happy with it. It didn't come out even with the ability to speak, let alone even have any sign of intelligence. The two sighed together in anguish and compressed the wandering Cosmi God back into an orb. Cosmos looked to her brother.
"Cosmic, Helcurt lacked a lot of essentials, what could we have possibly done wrong?"
Cosmic thought for a moment. He knew that he didn't mess up the DNA alignment, he didn't mess up the bodily structure at all. He for sure knew that Cosmos couldn't have messed up the consciousness of the being. The Cosmi God had all the proper needs for any living being to exist, and it did, it was clearly alive. Cosmic just didn't understand what happened. Then it struck him. He looked at his sister and pointed around them.
"You see where we are Cosmos? Oblivion, the beginning of the Omniverse. We are the only two beings capable of being able to live here. But! Because the Cosmi God held some of our DNA within, it was able to exist here but a few essentials ended up getting lost in translation due to this space being so powerful. Those certain things are actual consciousness and emotions. In addition to that, we were simply going off of our memory of what a living being should be."
Cosmos nodded in agreement and looked to her brother,
"You're correct, absolutely. Why didn't I think of that from the beginning, I feel foolish, I apologize dear brother. But, this poses another question, where do we continue our experiment—In the open Omniverse? That is even more inconvenient than here. There are beings who are everywhere, and they do not need to witness our creations."
"Yes, in the Omniverse, but not in the open, of course we will be noticed if we experiment in the open. We will create a sub-dimension that only we can access, a beautiful dimension... a realm of infinite possibilities."
...
"A realm. Of course. Of COURSE! A sub dimension of infinite proportions that we reign supreme!"
Cosmos seemed extraordinarily excited. She had created much of the Omniverse with her brother, but she had never personally created something on her own; it kind of happened on its own when universes and galaxies were made. She wanted to create so much for this realm, she had so many ideas, so many. This was her time to make something amazing for her brother and herself. She was so happy. Cosmic looked at his sister with a smile and put his hands together
"Then please, I can tell that you want to get to work right away. In the end, this is all for the experiment, right?"
"Right!"
The beautiful realm took some time to make, but there were no regrets. The realm was infinitely large, and had a multitude of unique and beautiful locations that were soon to be guarded by Cosmi Gods. An important note about the realm as well is that time is vastly different here. The Gods run on precisely a 1166 day calendar every year with 34 months. Every day is about 16 hours each with 10 of them being daylight. They have five seasons that happen every 200 or so days. Depending on the year, some are longer than others. There is Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Zeal. Zeal is a wide combination of these seasons, bringing all the best aspects together in a unique way while having its own unique attributes. The blooming colors of spring, the shining sun of summer, the comforting temperatures of fall, and the comfort of snow from winter. And with it, an everyday occurrence of 'Illumination.' But, that's just a few of the things Zeal brings to the Realm, there is so much to explore within. With the Realm now in their hands they could finally begin creating. Along with this Realm a civilization of Demons, Gods was made along with many other beings and animals.
The Everlords would finally form the first proper Cosmi God, Helcurt or Codename: N-2. He was very similar to Cosmic in the way he talked, the way he interpreted emotions, the way he acted, and so on. It was an important moment at the time, it changed everything, they had established the first truly "working" Cosmi God... but the Twins eventually ended up setting Helcurt back into an orb. This gave them time to develop the realm more and more to be home to the Cosmi Gods. Soon, the twins had decided to reside in the realm, they had created their own Heaven which was similar to the Oblivion they resided in for so long, but much more comforting and even more beautiful. They were happy with what they had done and created. The realm was complete after a while of development. Though it was no time to rest any longer, not at all.
The experiment had to continue... and it would, better than ever before.
