My third theory about Sardonyx, is that she is a new gem, but she is also a new threat. It is possible that the episode Cry For Help, will ultimately lead to the arrival of a new enemy, possibly even the main antagonist we have been waiting for, being Sardonyx. Sardonyx could be a high ranked Homeworld general, sent to investigate Lapis, Peridot, and Jasper's disappearance, and also to find the source of a distress beacon, possibly sent by Peridot. Sardonyx may find the Crystal Gems, then escape, continuing her mission to find Lapis, Peridot, and Jasper. This could lead to a search for Sardonyx, possibly leading to the freedom of Lapis Lazuli, and her joining of the Crystal Gems, since her old home is gone. Could Sardonyx be a villain, and possibly even the gem who will cause the next Homeworld invasion, and maybe even the 2nd Gem War?
