"Hyung-"
Jisung didn't have the time to talk as Minho grabbed his hand, pulling him into the bedroom. The older locked the door behind them. "Talk, tell me everything."
"E-Everything?" Jisung gulped.
"Yes, everything." Minho pulled the younger, letting them both sit on the bed. He stares at the younger, who's eagerly avoiding his gaze.
"Where do I even start.." Jisung muttered, running his hands on his head. The frustrating feeling of opening up to someone overwhelms him every time. "What do you want to know?" He asked blankly, avoiding the older's gaze as much as possible.
"When did you start taking those.. drugs?"
"Since I was a kid. I already told you yesterday didn't I?"
"You did.. but it doesn't sit right with me. You use it all the time since then?"
"Why are you asking these? You gonna throw me in jail?" Jisung scoffed, finding the situation ridiculous.
"So that's how you see me? You really think I would do something like that to you?"
The hurt in Minho's voice was evident. Making Jisung froze, realizing what he said was out of line. It didn't sounded like him, he sounded like an asshole. This made him look at the older, "I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-"
"It's okay." Minho cuts off Jisung, gulping as he held back his tears. This time, it was him who starts to avoid the younger's gaze. He cleared his throat "So, you started taking drugs ever since?"
"... No. I-I stopped when me and Chan auditioned for JYP! And that time when we moved in here at the dorm, that's why I had a panic attack in the elevator.. I didn't take any. If I hadn't took it yesterday, who knows what could've happened." Jisung confessed. "I only take benzos most of the time! It doesn't make me high. It's just like alcohol, it only makes me dizzy and stuff. The only difference is, it helps me go through my panic attacks." Jisung ranted.
Minho sighed, finding the information unbelievable. "It doesn't help you, Jisung."
"What do you mean? It does!"
"No, Jisung. Do want to go to the doctors instead and prove yourself that you're wrong?"
"I'm not wrong-"
"IT DOESN'T HELP YOU! It only make things worse! Yes, it doesn't make you high. But that doesn't mean that it's a good thing! You're saying it's okay and you are used to it because you always take it since you were a child but that's literally the whole problem! Children aren't supposed to take Benzodiazepines! That's abuse, Jisung. You were abused!" Minho snapped, panting from the outburst. But he instantly calmed down as he sees tears in Jisung's eyes. "I.. am sorry for shouting." he cupped the younger's cheek. "Jisung, please. Let me help you." He said softly.
Jisung's tears fell, "How? You can't! I-I am not well.."
"Don't say that. You can get through this. It will take time but I'm sure you'll get better. I will always be by your side."
"You dont have to..." Jisung muttered.
"What?"
"I don't want to be a burden to you." Jisung looked down, wiping his tears with his hands.
"You will never be a burden to me, Ji-"
"I know you care about your reputation. You care about what will the media think, right? What will they think if they saw us always together? Don't want a train of rumors again, right?" He looked at the older.
Minho froze, Jisung's words hitting him like a truck.
"Looks like I hit the nail." Jisung chuckled. "Let's.. forget about the current situation for a moment. I want to know something about you. You.. have an ex, right?"
