Yoshio's Point of View

Ever since that stolen kiss last night, Nalu's enigmatic silence has cast a shadow over my heart. In the halls, she averts her gaze, her once-warm eyes now cold and distant. Even in the confines of our shared classroom, her presence feels like a void, her eyes refusing to meet mine. It's as if an invisible barrier has been erected, separating us in ways I never imagined. The pain of her rejection cuts deep, a constant reminder of my unrequited love.

I've always tried to suppress my feelings for Nalu, knowing that they were forbidden and could only lead to heartache. But now, with each stolen glance I realize that my heart has betrayed my logic. I can no longer deny the depth of my affection for her, and her indifference is slowly consuming me. The weight of her unspoken words hangs heavy in the air, leaving me suspended in a torturous limbo. I cannot bring myself to confront her, fearing the shattering truth that lies within her silence.

Nalu and I found ourselves alone in the classroom, the last bell of the day having long since faded into silence. The room was dimly lit, only a few rays of light streaming through the closed curtains. A comfortable quiet enveloped the space, providing the perfect backdrop for the intimacy that was about to unfold.

I started to say aloud my poem for Nalu.

I thought that having you
As easy as 1, 2 and 3.
That when I met you
There will be only you and me.

But odds beneath starts to slay
Our hearts that seem never stay.
To fight is a choice
I know it's true.
And I'm not afraid to do it.
Coz nothing is more painful for me so,
I can't afford to lose you.

“You like the poem?” Tumayo ako sa pagkakaupo ko at pumunta sa kinauupuan ni Nalu. Ngunit hindi niya ako kinikibo. Nadudurog ang puso ko at higit sa lahat mas lalo kong ginugustong makuha siya.

I had been holding back my feelings for Nalu for quite some time, and finally decided to take the plunge. I slowly walked over to where Nalu was seated, my heart pounding in my chest. Nalu, who had been lost in her thoughts, looked up to see me standing in front of her. She could see the hesitation in my eyes, but also the intense desire. She stood up, closing the distance between us.

“Sir, u—uwi na po ako. May gagawin pa kasi ako.” Nalu’s words are stuttering.

I gently placed my hands on Nalu's waist, pulling her closer to me. “Kung mali man ang mahalin ka, ayoko ng maging tama.” Mas nilapit ko ang mukha ko sa kanya.

“I want you to be mine, Nalu. Let me love you even if it's too risky.” I looked deeply into her eyes, searching for any signs of resistance. But this time all I saw was a softness and warmth that I had longed for.

I leaned in, my lips meeting Nalu's in a soft, lingering kiss.

Nalu responded, her arms snaking around my neck as she deepened the kiss.

I slowly moved up, caressing Nalu's breast over her blouse.

“Oh—Yoshio.” Nalu let out a soft moan, the sensation of her touch sending waves of pleasure through my body. Ang sarap pakinggan ng pagtawag niyang ‘yon.

“Handa akong magkasala wag ka lang mawala sa akin.” I wrapped my arms around Nalu, pulling her closer and cuddling her. Nalu rested her head on my shoulder, her heart beating in time with me.

We stood there for what felt like an eternity, lost in the moment in each other.
