Second year

The second year is here. I do not plan on spending too much time on this year, so I can get to writing the love story between y/n and hermione . I also am to reveal who I decided to set Trinity up with. You will see the development of a crush this year. I will be writing about milo and luna and ginny as a friend group . Enjoy 😄

It's July 10th, ten days, until I'm 13 . This summer, me and mione have gotten closer, and I love it, but it does make it harder to hide my crush on her . Anyway, after finding out that I'm a black, not a y/l/n, I've been looking into my family tree, and it looks like I'm related to that ferret malfoy, much to my displeasure but I've found out that I have aunt Andromeda I've sent her a letter wanting to meet so we could get to know each other . I'm awaiting her reply , I also found out that not one but two of my family members are in Azkaban, my father Sirius and Bellatrix, my deranged second cousin. Milo is beyond excited to Start at hogwarts this year currently he is sitting at the window waiting for his letter .
Y/n: Hey, little brother
Milo: Hey, big sister
Y/n: Look what I found at the kitchen window
I said, holding up two letters . Milo jumped up and snatched his hogwarts letter and ran out of the room to our parents while I sat down on the couch and opened my letter .

Dear y/n

I was surprised to receive your letter
Seeing as I had no idea, Sirius had a daughter. You must have been a baby when he was arrested. Anyway
Can we meet on the 17th of August at your house in the afternoon? I will bring along my husband and my daughter until then. Hope you have a nice day

Dear Andromeda

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the 17 of August will be perfect.  I can not wait to meet my uncle and cousin as well as you . My birthday is on the 20th of August. I'm to be 13. I figured you should know in advance.  Can't wait to see you .

TIME SKIP...
It is now the 17th of August. I'm waiting for Andromeda and her family to arrive, and then the out from the fireplace comes to three people. I think it may be Andromeda and her family
Andromeda: y/n dear, how nice it is to meet you. This is my husband Ted and our daughter Nymphadora
I shake their hands, and we go sit down
Y/n: Thank you for coming, Andromeda
Andromeda: No, call me auntie
Y/n: okay auntie tell me about your selfs I want to get to know my birth fathers family.
Andromeda: Well, I was disowned after marrying Ted because he Is a Muggle born, and they are extremely prejudiced, so they cut me out . They also disowned your father .
Y/n: I'm very sorry nobody deserves to be disowned. Can you tell me about my father?

Andromeda: Sirius disagreed with our family's belief in blood purity and defied tradition of being in Slytherin when he was Sorted into Gryffindor House , As the rest of our family family have been in Slytherin, he was the odd one out.
As Sirius's relationship with our relatives deteriorated, he gained a lifelong friendship with James Potter Harry's dad and Remus Lupin, your God father and  with Peter Pettigrew. The four of them where known as the Marauders, joined the Order of the Phoenix in the first war he's believed to have betrayed the Potters to Voldemort, but I don't believe it i think someone framed him . Sirius was sent to Azkaban and has been there for 11 years  we don't know why or how .

Andromeda: Of course, now tell us about you ?
Y/n: well I'm 12 going to be 13 in three days I'm in my second year at hogwarts I was sorted into ravenclaw , my best friends are Hermione Granger, Harry potter, Ron Weasley, Neville Longbottom and trinity stallings . I have a little brother Milo who starts at Hogwarts this year. I've got a cat named arylo and my parents y/m/n and y/d/n .
Nymphadora: I'm Nymphadora, but I prefer tonks. I was a hufflepuff, and now I'm training to be a auror. Have you thought of what you might want to be once you graduate?
Y/n: Well, that's a few years away, but I think I want to be a healer. I've always loved helping others .
Ted: That's a lovely profession. I know a couple healers myself, wonderful people .
Andromeda: Yes, Emily and Shawn, right ?
Ted: Yes, we went to Hogwarts with them .
After we got to know each other, they decided it was time to head home
Y/n: Bye auntie bye uncle
I said, hugging them both
Tonks: If you ever need something, just send me an owl
I gave her a hug and watched her and her parents leave .
TIME SKIP...
I woke up to the smell of pancakes , bacon, and hashbrowns. I quickly got dressed and ran downstairs to the kitchen
The grangers, Weasleys, Longbottoms , stallings and harry: SURPRIZE HAPPY BIRTHDAY Y/N !!!!!
I jumped back in surprise and put a hand on my heart . Hermione comes barreling towards me and tackles me in a hug
Hermione: Happy birthday
Y/n: Thanks, mione
Once we all settled down and ate, we all sat in the living room for presents
Hermione got me a book and a ring that says always and forever, the Weasleys made me a sweater with a s on it , Trinity got me a huge bag full of sweets , Harry got me a Nimbus 2001 , Neville got me a dittney plant and my parents got me a new beaters bat .
Y/n: Thank you, guys. I love them all
I say, playing with my ring than mione gave me .

TIME SKIP ...
Y/m/n: y/n We need to talk
Y/n: what's wrong
Y/d/n: your not going to Hogwarts this year neither is your brother
Y/n: what why ?
Y/d/n: I've been given a job offer in America so you will be going to ilvermorny .
Y/n: for how long ?
Y/d/n: a year it's a small contract but the Ministry needs me to help improve our bond with Macusa incase a war where to brake out
Y/n: ok I'm going over to miones to process I'll be back before dinner.
I walked out and to the front door and headed too hermiones once I get to the door I knocked. Hermiones dad answered the door
Y/n: is mione home I need to see her?
Mr granger: yeah she's upstairs
I walk up the stairs and I knock at her door
Hermione: one second , y/n what are you doing here ?
Y/n: can I come in we need to talk
We shut the door and sit on the bed . I Sighed
Hermione: What's wrong ?
Y/n: we are moving to America
Hermione: what why
Y/n: dad got a assignment from the Ministry to get us in the good graces incase a war breaks out
Hermione: how long will you be gone ? Are you still coming to Hogwarts?
Y/n: a year and no I will be transferring to ilvermorny
Hermione: have you told everyone yet
Y/n: no not yet I'll send them letters later but I need to tell you something else
Hermione: Okay what is it ?
Y/n: we leave tomorrow and I couldn't leave with out telling you that I like you
Hermione: I like you too
Y/n: no I mean I like like you as in more than friends and I know you don't like me too so that is why I'm letting you go while I'm in America.
Bye mione I'll see you next year
I walked out leaving her in her room in shock .
TIME SKIP...
Y/m/n: you kids have everything packed we leave in 5 minutes
Both me and milo: yeah all packed
We all take one more look around the house and held our parents hands and our stuff and apperated to the Ministry to get our port key . Dad comes back with a bucket ok hold on tight , we land in our temporary house in America we get everything unpacked except for mine and Milo's school stuff.
