The harts. Where should I begin? The hart family tree is complicated to say the least. Many people in Hawkins,indiana believe that the harts are cursed. All throughout the generations, the harts were known to die of unnatural causes. Mostly suicide. Some supernatural. While Mallory thought she was going to have a normal teenage life, she was wrong. Her best friend goes missing and she ends up having a super-powered girl as a friend who dies due to wanting to protect Mallory and her friends.
Mallory's older sister, Lucinda or Lucy for short, was a troublemaker to say the least. By association, Lucy was deemed popular as she hung around with Steve Harrington. Lucy was never one for dating, it freaked her out. Having to get intimate with someone? Yikes. Anyway, Lucy was talented. She knew how to wield a knife and a gun at age nine. She wasn't just talented in that. She was good at photography. Must be why she hung around Jonathan when she wasn't with Steve.
Something both sisters have in common is that they know their family. They know what their demise may be and the only one who is scared is Lucy. Mallory embraced death. Weird for a kid but Mallory was weird. What is weirder is that Lucy's name means death bringer but she's scared of death.
The harts are cursed. What will happen to them?
The Camerons were different story. Despite being in town since their eldest were born, their children had no friends. Probably because they were homeschooled. However, they decided to start public school in '84 and hell is it crazy. Aurora was not prepared for what was coming and since her sister is off at college and never coming back, she needs to figure stuff out.
