The restaurant you sat in was absolutely bustling with activity, plenty of fancy people came in and left, all of which were accompanied by their lovers or friends. You were sitting alone, dressed nicely in formal wear as you waited for your date to arrive. Neither of you had actually met in person before, you had found him on a dating app that was all the rave currently, and it seemed that the both of you clicked quite well.

Your own complaint was that the man seemed extremely stuck up, and a bit arrogant, but you were willing to give him a try.

Glancing down at your phone, you sighed, despite arriving early, it seemed your date would be arriving late. As much as you wanted to meet this man, and as much as you wanted this to work out -even though you barely knew him- you weren't willing to stay long, as a date arriving late usually spelt trouble.

Placing your phone on the table, you leaned on your hand, flipping through the menu that you were given. This place was insanely fancy, and it had you wondering if this guy would be the kind to plan a date, eat, and ditch before the bill had to be paid. Personally, you wouldn't complain if the bill was split, it was the right way to do it in your opinion.

A voice sounded from a ways away from you, heavy footsteps caught your attention, and upon looking up you felt your heart leap out of your chest. He was massive standing at a staggering height with broad shoulders and a body build of a god no doubt. You could see his muscles straining against his shirt, had he worn a size too small on purpose? Those buttons looked ready to give out. Is this why he had you refer to him as 'God' over text?

He approached your table, a dazzling smile on his pale face, platinum blonde hair slicked back save for a few stray curls that poked out along his forehead. "You must be, ___, correct?" he hummed, holding out a hand. You took it, mouth agape, "uh- Y-yes! That's me... Sorry haha, I just didn't expect you to be so-"

"Handsome? God-like?" he cut you off, chuckling,

"I.. yes, you're extremely handsome and.. tall" you smiled nervously, trying to calm the warm blush that was spreading over your cheeks. God this guy seemed like an asshole in person, but holy shit did his looks make up for it.

Pulling back his seat, he sat down, giving you another smirk. You felt your heart flutter in your chest, you really weren't expecting to have this kind of reaction, usually dates like these were simple, never really feeling much of a connection. But with this guy? Something about him had you hooked, and you knew you had to have him, even if it was just for one night.

"So" you started, leaning forwards and resting your head on one of your hands. "I'd love to learn more about you, but first, I'd like to get your name... since I only know you as 'God'" you gave him a sweet smile. He sighed, "If I tell you, will you still refer to me as God?" he asked, seeming a little annoyed that you had asked him for his real name. "Well of course" you chuckled.

That's right, play his game, boost his ego, you knew you'd catch this man like a fish and reel him in for the night. It would be easy, or at least that's what you believed. "Enel is my name, but if you absolutely insist on calling me by my name, then call me God Enel" he winked. You blinked, tempted to give him a strange look, you had already told him you didn't mind calling him 'God' as that's what you had been calling him over text for a while. You could already tell this man had a thing for power dynamics, and he clearly preferred to be the dominant one. "Right, of course, God Enel" you played along regardless.
