The next morning I wake up feeling off and somehow lighter. Confused I carefully move out of Youngtaek's arms and head downstairs seeing Gabe making coffee. "Morning." He looks at me and frowns. "Are you okay? Your eyes are red and swollen like you've been crying." I sigh a little as I say softly. "Yesterday was hell. The guy who found out about my curse gave me a gun and told me to kill Youngtaek." Gabe freezes and looks at me wide eyed. "Please tell me you didn't commit murder." I shake my head no reassuringly. "No. I um I actually fought against the curse and managed to win. I couldn't kill the man I love. But now I feel weird. Like a weight was lifted off." He looks at me curiously before saying demandingly. "Jump up and down." I blink but don't feel that tugging sensation of force my eyes widening in disbelief. "I don't have to do it. I don't feel any urge or desire to do what you said." His eyes widen as well looking shocked. "You broke your curse." I blink then it fully hits me and I let out a carefree laugh. "I don't have to do anything I don't want to anymore! I can be a normal person!" Soon Youngtaek comes into the kitchen looking half asleep. "What's going on jagi?" I blush but say happily. "I broke my curse yesterday when I fought against hurting you! I don't have to worry about doing anything I don't want to anymore!" He blinks before his eyes widen and he grins pulling me into a hug. "I'm so happy for you jagi!" I blush and say a little sheepishly. "Thank you love." He smiles and I bounce on my feet. "Can we go see the others?" His expression softens and he nods. "Sure I have practice today anyways." I smile happily and go to run upstairs to get ready then we head out to the company. Once we enter I pause when I see Dongyul I letting go of Youngtaek's hand and storm over throwing a sharp punch hitting the man square in the jaw making him stumble backwards. "What the hell?!" I give him a pissed off look saying angrily. "That's for trying to make me hurt my love." He gives me an angry look and says in a demanding tone. "Freeze and stay put." I just smirk at him. "I don't have to listen to you anymore. I broke my curse so I'm free to do whatever I want." He pales and starts to back away nervously. "I uh I should get going." I scoff a little. "You're a coward. You can't order me around anymore so you're helpless. Well I'm going to warn you if you come around me or my love ever again I'll beat you to a pulp." He swallows but nods and runs off with his tail tucked in between his legs. I shake my head then go back over to Youngtaek who smiles at me. "I'm proud of you jagi." I blush but smile happily. "Let's go see the others." He nods and we head up to the practice room where I immediately rush over to Rudy and the others saying excitedly. "Guys I broke my curse!" They all look at me in surprise and happiness. "That's great! How?" I grimace at that question. "Well Dongyul demanded that I shoot Youngtaek. Gave me a gun and everything. But I couldn't hurt him so I did everything and used every ounce of my strength to fight it and I guess it broke." They all look at me in horror. "That man deserves arrested." I say reassuringly. "I gave him a good firm punch and he ran away like a coward so I don't think we'll be seeing him again since he can't order me around." They all look a little relieved. "That's good. We're glad that you don't have to listen to commands anymore." I smile happily. "Me too." I then take a seat and we watch the guys all practice I feeling happy and content.
