*Piper's Pov*
Summer at camp half-blood this year wasn't really fun. With Will and Nico who just got back from tartar sauce and Percy and Annabeth who are at New Rome University, not a lot of people to hang out with. Also Leo who is with Calypso and probably won't come back here because Jason used to love this place. I've heard people say I moved on to quickly but it's life. Life goes on and you can't really do anything to stop it. I'm not saying I'm not crushed about what happened because I am but when your camp counselor and your dad is going through some tough times you have to put on a brave face.

I sat alone in bunker 9 reliving some memories me, Jason and Leo had. I remember one time when Leo came out as pansexual. I don't think he even meant it. Or that one time when we all huddled together and watched movies all night long.

Those were great times that I miss dearly.

"Piper!" Nico bust through the door.

"What happened?!" I asked springing from my seat on the couch.

"It's Leo, we found him severely hurt right outside camp borders." Nico explained. My eyes widen and I felt fear and worry building in my chest. No I'm not going to lose my best friend. I darted out of bunker 9 and fled to the infirmary.

Kayla stopped me on the porch.

"Where is he? Is he ok?" I felt tears stinging my eyes. I couldn't lose him too.

"He's stable." She put her hands on my shoulders. "Will and Austin are in there treating him, he'll be fine." She brought me into a quick hug and left for inside.

I paced outside the infirmary. I can't lose Leo. Not now. Not when I just lost Jason. Why was he here? I swear if Calypso did anything I'm going to go send her to Hades.

"You've been pacing for the last 30 minutes how about you come sit." Lou Ellen suggested who sat on a near by bench. I sighed and went to sit next to her.

"What if he dies?" I whispered mostly to myself.

"He won't die, I know for a fact. Leo cheated death before and has been through more stuff then regular demigods have been through. He's tough." She placed a hand on my shoulder. Her voice was soft and almost worked like charmspeak. I calmed down a little but my chest tightened. I couldn't bear to see Leo die. Nor anyone of my friends.

Austin came up to us, "He's alive and awake and wants to see you Piper."

I left like lightning. I sprinted through the infirmary door and looked around. I saw a door open at the end of the hall and heard Leo's voice. I walked fastly and headed through the door. Will  was already in there talking with Leo. When Leo saw me he had his stupid iconic grin on his face. Will left and I ran up to hug him. He hugged me back and we stayed like that for 5 minutes. I pulled away and sat next to him.

"What happened?" I demanded.

"Getting right into the depressing stuff I see," He sighed. "Well you know I was hanging out with my new family and Calypso started to act weird. She distant herself. About a week ago I caught her up on the roof at the waystation. She explained to me that she didn't want to be in a relationship and I agreed with that. She told me she wanted to become a hunter so me and her went on one last adventure together. We found out the hunters were at Camp Jupiter so we went there. Calypso joined them. I only stayed for an hour or I would've burst into tears. I started my way back to the waystation but something knocked me out of the sky. I fell and hit the ground pretty dang hard and that's all I could remember."

"So I don't have to go beat up a goddess?" I asked.

"No." He chuckled then winced.

"Do you remember what or who knocked you out of the sky?" I asked.

"No nothing." He shook his head.

"Well when your better we are figuring out what happened." I said firmly. He smiled, squeezed my hand then drifted off into sleep.

I left when he was fully asleep and headed straight to make a call with his family.

This book will be the death of me! Well the first 10 chapters will be. Anywho this is one of the big projects that will be coming out this summer!

Anyways I'm doing a QOTD. (Question of the day)

Answer: Salty! I love sweets but to much sweets gives me a headache. I have no idea why😭
