[NAME] BEGAN TO STIR before open his eyes in disoriented manner. He look around and blinks a few times to get used to the brightness from sun outside the window. And then it's click to his mind. "Oh no, the groceries!" He sit up quickly and got back ache from it. "Ow, ow, my back." He pat his back. He look around again. Ah, isn't this is Kanao's house?
"You're awake." He heard familiar voice. "Huh, Miss Kanae?" He muttered. He then remember what happened last night. He touch his head and feel the fresh bandage. He have a lot questions in his mind but the first one is...
"Miss Kanae, have you seen my groceries?" [Name] asked Kanae. Yes, the first priority. Kanae snicker at [Name]'s questions. There's numerous stuff he can ask and the first thing that come to his mind is groceries? For real?
"Oh, I already replace the broken eggs and put all your groceries infront of your house's doors." Kanae answer [Name].
Kanae put down the groceries infront the door while put yellow sticky note on it. It wrote:
"I'm have a sleepover at my friend's house, here's the groceries :)"
[Name] stare at Kanae blankly but mentally thanks to her for cover him up. "Uhm, Miss Kanae? Are you the one who save me last night?" [Name] asked again. Kanae nod. She confirm that [Name] have many questions about the attacker last night. She began to tell [Name].

According to Miss Kanae, that attacker have their own species and it's called:
Demons.
Demons (おに, Oni) are an ancient race of monstrous and malevolent beings. Demons are a carnivorous, vampire-like species whose primary diet is humans. They are also nocturnal as they are weak to sunlight, though they also stay up during the day as they don't require sleep. Demons have an abnormally powerful physical constitution and potent regenerative abilities, making them immune to normal weaponry and granting them the ability to heal from any wound with ease, even re-growing their head.
Only the "Nichirin swords", weapons made from special ore with sunlight absorption properties, can inflict life-threatening wounds. However, even with a Nichirin Sword, the only method guaranteed to kill a demon is through decapitation.
Demons are also known to hate wisteria, which are poisonous to them and whose smell is repudiated by them.

"Ohh, I see." [Name] nod in understanding. Kanae then give a wisteria charms to him. It also have a smell same as real wisteria flower. "Keep this with you, especially when you want to go out at night for emergencies." Kanae spoke in firm tone. [Name] remember seeing her in uniform and assume Kanae in some kind of organization.
"Miss Kanae, please be my coach! I want to kill demons!"
