* Ally's POV* 
" Hey Tony." I whisper. 
" A, I'm here. I promise." He says using the nickname that I haven't heard since mom died. I look away. 
" Ya you are. Took me getting kidnapped for you to even try to talk to me." I say. I can't hold it back anymore. I'm so angry. I just want to let go of everything. 
" A, please get down and we will talk. Please." Tony begs. 
" Remember when we were kids before mom died. We were close. We used to go swimming in lakes. The water being so calming splashing against the currents and rocks." I say watching the water. 
" Ya, I remember." Tony says. There was silence for a few minutes. 
" Everyone, including you Tony, please back away." Ziva says and gets onto the railing and sits next to me. 
We stay silent for a little bit. She just sits next to me. Watching the waves with me. 
" Your brother has been worried." She says. I shrug and look at her. 
" So has your father." She says. I shake my head. 
" Maybe." I say. She nods slowly. 
" We caught Adam." She says. 
" oh." I whisper. I'm shocked completely. I thought he would run. 
" He gave trouble for a few days, brought in evidence from the house and the place he held you." Ziva said. 
" What's going to happen to him?" I say. 
" Death row." Ziva says. I sigh. I felt relief. But not at the same time. 
" Ok." I say and slowly climb back down from the ledge. Ziva jumps down. 



A/N: next chapter will be longer. ( hopefully)
