Is it bad that today feels more intimidating than the actual first day of entering UA?

I stand at the gates staring at the building.... I'm scared... I don't think I can face them... my classmates... I can't-

My phone buzzed. I reach for it and look at the new message.

*you got this.* ~ Kaen.

Smiling at the message as I replied back with a thank you. And put my phone away.

He's right I can do this I reach for my necklace and start to run my fingers over the engraved message.

I can do this. As soon as I step in the building I get some stares. I see people muttering to each other as soon as they see me. I quickly avoid eye contact. But I keep a smile on. I can't let them see me being weak. Act like it doesn't bother me. It doesn't bother me.

"Kioko!!" Mina calls.

"Mina." I say as I see Mina right before she runs into me. And hugs me I almost fell over from the sheer force.

"Kioko!" she starts to cry and wipes her face on me.

"It's ok there there Mina." I smile at her. And pat her head. Then I see Aimi and Rōki peeking from behind a corner.

"Aimi Rōki are you two ok?" I ask out loud Rōki flinched.

"Ye yeah." Rōki says but Aimi hip bumps him. "Here it truly isn't much but here are some flowers." Rōki says as he hands me flowers.

"What are they for truly I don't need them." I say puzzled.

"Well you are upset right and I just thought... maybe this would help. Like when we were kids." Rōki tries to smile.

"Thanks Rōki they are beautiful." I smile "but where will I put them?"

"Ahh yeah that's a good point." Rōki says looking back at Aimi. "Aimi can take them."

"Do you mind Aimi?" I ask.

"Nope it's all good yo." Aimi says.

The bell rings to signal class time. As I open the door my classmates all get out of their chairs and come over to me excitedly.

I heard "I knew you didn't do it!" And "congratulations on having you named cleared!"
I was shocked they believed in me.
They never doubted me. I started to tear up.

"Yeah thank you everyone for never doubting me." was the only thing I could say. I smiled.

"How did it feel to be in jail?" Denki asked followed by Bakugo smacking him.

"Ow! What was that for!"Denki asked.

"Shut it!" Bakugo said glaring at him.

It caused me to laugh I thought I would never see this again.

"Ok everyone settle down." Mr. Aizawa entered the room. "Go back to your seat. And Kioko it's nice to have you back." I could swear I saw a little bit of a smirk from him.

I rushed to my seat as we started class.

"Tomorrow you start your internships. I hope you all don't disappoint me. As for today be sure to pay attention." Aizawa. Announces

As the day goes on I'm surprised by such a warm welcome I got. Soon it was lunch time as I sat down at my usual table with Katsuki, Eijiro, Mina, Denki and Sero

Katsuki passed me a sweet bun.
"Wahh!" Denki yelled. "Bakugo is being nice how scary."

"Rrrr SHUT UP I'm always nice!" Katsuki yelled.
Eijiro and Sero laughed at  Katsuki.
