Kioko stares at the door to class 1-A. Nervous she reaches for her heart locket in her shirt and plays with it. Trying to bring forth her parents courage. She sighs
"Kio what are you waiting for? open the door!" Mina says excitedly.
"Right I-it's only a door come on me open it! Our future is beginning, no time to be scared now." She says to herself.
She sighs again as finally reaches for the door, opens it only to be greeted by arguing. Kioko and Mina freeze at the sight before them. They both weren't expecting a fight the first day. Kioko's smile still plastered on her face as she watches the scene unfold.
A blonde spikey headed boy was being yelled at for having his foot on the desk. While a mechanical gesturing tall man was lecturing him about his foot on the desk.
Kioko looks to see where she will be sitting on the board and of course she is sitting beside the angry blonde guy. Not that she minded she just hoped she would be close to Mina. but at least Eijiro was some what closer. Kioko goes to sit down.
*Well this will be exciting! I should think positively at least it won't ever be boring he dosen't seem to be a bad person. Maybe we will get along yeah! He's confident and says what he wants thats refreshing!* Kioko thinks to herself.
Kioko smiles as she turns to introduce her self to her new neighbor. "Hi i'm-" she was cut off.
"Tch what, you have something to say too, Extra!" Katsuki Bakugo says.
Kioko was surprised by that accusation but her smile dosent leave her face.
"No I just wanted to introduce myself I'm Hondo Kioko. But you can call me Kioko or even Kio ! And you must Be Bakugo right? I hope we get along! I also hope your day get better. " She smiles even harder. Trying to show that she means no harm.
"Whatever Shrimpy." Katsuki rolls his eyes
Kioko's smile faltered for a brief moment before bursting out in a chuckle. "Shrimpy? That's kinda a cool nickname! Thanks. I think... I'm sorry. I was just trying to make a new friend is all!"
she looks concerned "Are you okay?"
Katsuki doesn't look at her "I'm fine!" Trying to end the conversation.
She takes a step forward "you don't seem fine? Are you sure? You seem like you might be hurting?"
"Will you shut up already this is none of your business!? What's your deal anyway! Get out of here." Katsuki yells.
"Oh... um I'm sorry... I didn't mean to bother you... I-i was just trying to make friends..." Kioko looked shocked and hurt as she backs away.
"Tch." Katsuki turns away.
Kioko tries leaves to go somewhere just so they had some space.
"Class is about to begin.." Katsuki voice seems a bit different not so harsh as it was before.
Her face quickly snaps to bright and cheerful. "oh! Class! Okay!" She sits back down in her assigned seat besides Katsuki. They sit there in awkward silence for about 5 minutes.
she looks towards him smiling again "I'm sorry you're right your feelings and your pain is YOUR business... But it doesn't hurt to let me care does it?" she smiles sweatily.
Katsuki watches he. "Whatever shrimpy. All I care about is being number 1. I didn't come here to make friends."
Kioko looks at him " oh I hope you change your mind about that. Then maybe we can be friends."
*Well that wasn't horrible but it could have gone alot better. He probably is overwhelmed. He might need some space. He did just get into an argument... its only natural he would be upset right now. I'll try again later.* Kioko thinks to herself.
Just then a yellow sleeping bag walks in. "All right welcome to UA high school. lets begin by the quirk test please change into your gym uniforms and meet me on the field."
Kioko was excited even though she could have gotten in threw recommendations. She didn't want too, she wanted to show that she belongs here not because of her mother but because of her skills and her own power. During the entrance exam she got to see some amazing quirks and was excited to see what quirks her classmates have. She quickly got changed and ran out on to the field.
"Miss Hondo." Mr Aizawa called.
"Yes Mr. Aizawa?" Kioko smiled at her teacher
"Im surprised to see you here with out recommendations. Did hawks not offer?" Mr. Aizawa asked.
"No he offered but i really wanted to show my own skill and that i belong here with my own powers and ability. Plus hawks is already so busy so I didn't want to be another weight or burden for him. " Kioko said
"Don't let that spirit be crushed. I'm surprised by that your family was close to that hero." Mr. Aizawa smirked before turning to see who was out next.
