Ban was walking his daughter to school. Stretching as he did so.

"Dad, will you continue the story now?"

"Can't I just give you a summary?"

"I don't understand how a sophisticated woman like mom ended up with a man like you."

"I never understood that. Your mom use to say 'people like me' but she never explained people like me. I guess we might as well skip school and go to our favorite area."

"YAY!" Lilan yelled.

Ban and Lilan walked to their "special area" and sat there.

"What happened was......"

"Thought you said people told you I was the only one that could help?"

"Well maybe you know others that could."

In the end, Lily went with Ban on his detour.

"A clothing shop? Ban why are we here?"

"Because you need new clothes."

Lily was at a lose of words. Not because Ban was being rude or straightforward, it was because it was true.

"Pick a color choice and I'll find something."

"Something light gray, I guess." Lily said, looking away.

"Pink looks nice on you too," Ban said, questioning her choice.

"Just get the damn clothes."

"Fine, Fine. Here."

Lily looked at Ban with a questionable look.

"You pick something yourself if you don't like it," Ban said.

Lily walked off with the dress and put it on while Ban waited.

"Let's go," Ban said as he started walking.

"You didn't pay for this did you?"

"Nope."

Lily looked at Ban with an awkward smile.

"You got money to pay for it?" Ban said, arching a brow.

"Just not a fan of stealing."

"Seems today is your unlucky day. I'm pretty greedy for things." Ban said, smirking.

"I know." Lily said as she looked at Ban coldly.

"So where is this person? Do you people have some kind of community meeting to keep in touch?"

"To be honest, I don't remember what the person looked like. It was a man though." Lily lied.

"Guess we're gonna have to search everywhere to find him then."

"What? How important is this girl to you?"

"Like I said, she's my lover. I'm the reason she died."

"And I got pulled into your affairs." Lily said as she internally facepalmed herself.
