Lily was in her office looking at paperwork, articles, and appointments. Lily is able to tell how many years a person has left to live and if a person is ever curious and decides they want to come to her, she'd help them. If there's good pay and not a waste of time, of course.
Ban and Lilian were in the living room. Ban was cleaning while Lilan sat at the kitchen table staring out the window playing with her pen. Ban noticed Lilan's silence. She was always quiet but never as quiet as she is today.
"What's wrong?" Ban asked as he placed the spray bottle and rag down on the table, sitting across from her.
"Something weird happened last night but I don't think you'd understand what I'm talking about." Lilan's voice sounded monotoned.
'The way she's acting now is the way her mom acted when I first met her. Well, not as deadly but still.' Ban thought as he studied his daughter's facial expressions.
Lilan side eyed Ban, noticing that he was staring at her. "What?"
"Sometimes acting mysterious isn't helpful to those around you now just tell me what happened." Ban smiled, though the way he said the words did come out as rude. Yes, it was intended.
"Yesterday, mom was telling me about how you and Uncle Roy didn't get along. And I fell asleep, so mom carried me to bed and when she left, I heard a voice. He didn't say much."
'Uncle Roy is a bit much but whatever Lily says goes I guess.' Ban looked at his daughter with a bland expression, already guessing what was happening. "What'd he say?" He asked with gritted teeth.
"He said that he still doesn't like you."
"Yeah, don't know him. Maybe we should rid this house of any ghost. Don't need any more annoying rodents interrupting my daughters sleep right?" Ban smiled once again, ill intention was indeed indicated
'I know it's Uncle Roy dad..'
"Or, I could just talk to mom about this. She usually doesn't let her emotions cloud her actions." Lilan sighed.
"You'd be surprised. Wait till you get to the part where she fights- oh wait, I can't tell you that." Ban smiles cunningly.
"Till she fights who?!? Dad just tell me! You can't just say something like that and not finish the whole sentence!" Lilan whined.
"And who says I can't? Don't you have windows to stare at and pens to play with?" Ban laughed as he stood up and started to clean again.
