Hello, as I'm sure you're all aware, A Bullet to the Heart: a KarmaxReader story, has been on an unannounced, indefinite hiatus for years now. As I said in a prior 'update' I was hoping to eventually finish this story, and give it a proper closure.
I started writing this story nearly a decade ago, and as a writer have come incredibly far. I'm glad I was able to provide a space where people could enjoy their favorite character in a personal, romantic setting.
Looking back on this story, it was an enjoyment to write through the years it was around, and it seems to have touched so many people's hearts, despite the atrocities within the 30-ish chapters.
However, I'm sure it's obvious, this story will be discontinued.
But, I'm feeling a bit saddened by the fact that it never had a proper ending...and I honestly would love to give this story another shot. So, if enough people would be interested, I'm thinking about rewriting this story from the ground up. With a considerably less amount of preteen cringe.
Likely, should I reboot this story, all characters would be aged up from highschool age, to either be a college romance or office setting storyline, as at my age, writing an X reader romance about teens....eugh.
This will be my last update regarding the current ABTTH. Please leave me a comment letting know your thoughts on a potential future reboot!
Despite the cringe, rereading this little time capsule certainly has been entertaining. Thank you all for all of your support this past near decade, and I love you all to pieces!
