Relief and disappointment washed over Rayal as he read the message. Relief because Atlas still wanted to see him, but disappointment because he knew it was just about the physical aspect of their relationship. There was no indication that Atlas felt anything more than that. Rayal leaned back on the bed, feeling more conflicted than ever.

*night time*

He knew he had to find a way to protect himself from getting hurt, but he didn't want to lose what he had with Atlas either. As he lay there on the bed, staring up at the ceiling, Rayal realized he was in deeper than he had ever intended to be.

He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, trying to calm his racing thoughts. He knew he needed to talk to Atlas about how he was feeling, but he was afraid of how the mafia boss would react. Would he laugh it off and brush off Rayal's feelings, or would he see it as a weakness and end things completely?

As much as he tried to push it away, Rayal couldn't ignore the growing affection he had for Atlas. He knew he was playing with fire, but he couldn't help but be drawn to the danger and excitement that came with being with the powerful mafioso.

Rayal sat by the window, lost in his thoughts. The cool night air blew in through the open window, but he barely noticed it. His mind was preoccupied with thoughts of Atlas.

He couldn't stop thinking about the look in the mafia boss's eyes when they were together, the way his touch made Rayal shiver, the way his voice sent a thrill through him.

But he also couldn't stop thinking about the danger that came with being involved with someone like Atlas. He knew the risks, but somehow, he couldn't stay away.

Rayal sighed and leaned his forehead against the window pane. He knew he was in too deep, but he couldn't bring himself to end things with Atlas. The thought of cutting off all contact and never seeing him again filled him with a sense of dread.

Just then, his phone buzzed with a notification, pulling him out of his thoughts.

He picked up his phone and saw a message from Atlas.

Atlas

Where are you ??

It was enough to make Rayal's heart skip a beat. He typed out a quick reply, his fingers trembling slightly.

Rayal

Just sitting by the window

Thinking

He hit send and waited, his heart racing. A few moments later, his phone buzzed again with another message from Atlas.

Atlas

What are you doing up so late?"
