Great Another failed test
Sighing in defeat as you stuffed your test in your bag. Your best motto is "out of sight out of mind," but it continued to cloud your mind no matter how hard you try to get it out of mind. It always clouds. Falling a test shouldn't worry anyone, but failing a third test, one would start to worry.
School was never your strong suit, always barely making it to the passing mark, the confusion you feel as to how you even made it this far to senior year with such bad grades. Not even God himself can save the struggle you're in. But thinking positive is something you love to do! So what if you failed a test? Passing the next one should be easy.
Actually, what do your grades look like? You haven't checked in a while, last checked that they were all C's, so good chance the grade remains.
As the bell ring, rushing immediately to the door to leave, you can at least clear your mind by walking home, the bad grade is just something that can easily be pushed to the back of your head.
Or so you thought
Just as soon as you made it to the hallway, you felt a tap on your shoulder. Confused, you turned around and had to resist the urge to groan. Seriously, this jerk?
That said jerk is none other than nozel silva. He shares most of his classes with you, so it's hard to escape him. You dont see the appeal in him. Every single girl fawns over him, even your best friend Sera! How? He wears his braid in the front! How can he even see?!
But what would he want - your eyes dart to the paper in his hand. The paper that was once in your bag, the test you failed so badly on it, wasn't even in the double digits.
"Do you even plan to pass your senior year if you can't pass a test as easy as this?" He scoffed out, and another reason why you don't see the appeal is that he's rude and a snob.
Rolling your eyes, you snatched the paper out his hand, a frown on your lips as you glared at him, he looks so uninterested in what you had to say.
"I am going to pass! This is just a minor setback!"
"You said that the last three tests, I'm still shocked you even made it this far,"
"No one asked you dumb braid!" Talking back to someone like him would scare someone shitless but not you. So what if he's rich and comes from a powerful family? Why should you be sacred? One thing you know that pissed him off is when you talk about his braid.
