Gale rises from the bed as he checks the time which reads 10:46 in the morning. Realizing he got his 7-8 hours of sleep, he gets out of bed and goes to the bathroom to wash his face and shower with cold water. Once he is finished he brushes his teeth and begins gathering his clothes to get ready for the busy day that is to come. Once out of his room, he walks towards the table near the kitchen counter. On top of it was his gun along with some ammunition and important things for his busy day. Gale goes outside onto the balcony and checks the view from it out into the city, as he stands there he whispers the phrase, "No remorse," which is the one thing he seeks to have for the man who murdered his family.
He then goes back inside to look for his keys, once he finds them he heads outside to his car. He goes from one level to another until finally reaching the parking lot where he had sent his car to be stationed. Once inside his car, he takes a moment to read the note from Charles one more time before ripping it in half. He is unable to understand what Charles is trying to say, but he knows it means something more than the word alone.
Gale drives off to a nearby shooting range, where shoots for an hour and a half to refresh his skills. He then goes to a gun store to buy a silencer and a new sight for his handgun, along with a vest. He goes through a few procedures before finally obtaining what he is looking for. After getting his materials, he heads to his car and places a targeted location an isolated place near town. Upon arriving back at his temporary place to stay, he begins to organize and arm himself with what he bought. Shortly after finishing preparing himself, he goes back to his car and drives to the bar from the day before. Gale stations his vehicle and heads into the bar. He sits in the same spot as before and asks for the same drink from yesterday. Charles swiftly begins making the drink for Gale and places it in front of him after he's finished.
"So what brings you here at such early time, Mr. Anderson?" asks Charles.
Gale takes a sip of his whisky before replying, "The note," in a cold tone.
Charles stares at him with a serious expression before saying, "So I heard... it all made sense after learning what had happened to you, Mr. Anderson... oddly enough, after a loss a man doesn't often drink just one glass... you weren't here to drink were you?... It only made sense that you were here for something else, and I believe I know what that might be... which is why I wrote the note, Mr. Anderson... getting what you want won't be easy, but I can help you with that... you and I have the same enemy," in a calm tone.
Gale looks at him with a cold expression once more, saying, "What is it that you would want to gain from this?"
"Nothing, Mr. Anderson, just that you would avenge your family," replied Charles.
Gale was surprised by Charles' response to his question leaving him unable to say anything back. Charles then leans forward placing his left elbow on the counter, and stares at Gale with a serious look.
"Information?... I can help, but the risk of my hand being seen is high... there is a small area off to the east from here around a town that I heard is being used as a plotting ground for source... you can go there and see what you can find out... just know I can't help with the action, that's your thing to deal with... although by the looks of it, I can tell you already marked that place on your GPS," says Charles calmly.
Gale stays quiet for a few short seconds before finally replying, saying, "Thank you, Charles... what you did for me today is to be paid for in the future... if I may - one thing, how many bullets would it take?"
Charles caught off guard by his question responded by saying, "Well... that's something that you should find out since I sure wouldn't know."
Gale nods his head to the response and gets off his seat while adjusting his clothes. Before he could get any further than a foot from the counter, Gale heard Charles say something to dismiss him.
