im actually not sorry im just really not confident in my writing sorry

sitting in at a table in front of a large window, tyler was in front of a blue haired boy. he bought him coffee, and he didn't even know his name.
"hey, whats your name?" tyler croaked, cup of unsweetened green tea in hand. hey, its zero calories.
"josh, uh.."
"tyler,"
"tyler." josh repeated. he had an amazing voice, the brunette thought. he liked it when he talked, said his name.
"so, tyler, what were you doing? do you live im that apartment building, or just hungry for pho?" the sky haired boy said with a small laugh
the taller boy set down his tea and ajusted himself in his chair. "if im going to get slightly personal with you, josh, i was planning on jumping off the roof."
all of the happiness drained from josh's eyes immedietly. "if you dont mind my asking, why? why jump off an apartment building? theres nothing worth killing yourself over."
tyler shook his head, "reasons. whats with you? the letter?"
josh smiled crookedly, "collage application." he was proud of it, tyler could tell.
"how about you, though? where do you go to school? how old are you?" great. now josh isnt going to take him seriously. why would he? tyler's still a damn child in most adults eyes. "19. last year of hel- i mean high school." josh smiled at that. tyler loved it when josh smiled. his eyes crinkled and his tongue poked out a little, how cute.
josh gulped down the last bit of coffee and looked at tyler, studying his face, his features. he had brown hair, brown eyes. josh found himself imagining tyler helping him dye his his hair, laughing trying to scrub bleach from josh's scalp. he was jolted back to real life by the sound of tyler's voice.
"josh? joshy? baby boy?"
tyler interrupted.
"did you just call me baby boy? thats adorable, keep doing it,"
"really?" tyler was surprised at the reaction, the pet name always made people embarrassed, nobody thought it was cute before.
tyler looked out the window, maybe he wont be offing himself anytime soon.
