Ch.3: A Small Signal

Issei POV

After waking up and bathing, I went down to the lobby after receiving a text from Ahri.

Oh yeah, I also got the numbers of all the K/DA girls last night. No big deal.

Anyways, when I got there, we all said hello, and went to go get some breakfast. At first, I thought we were gonna go to that same restaurant that Akali and Seraphine took me to. But no. Instead, we went to a place that was much fancier.

Braume dropped us off, and we went inside. Once inside, the hostess took one look at the group, and immediately ushered us to a large booth.

I guess they had a reservation. But it's like 9 o'clock. Did they make it last night? If so, these girls are prepared.

We were given our menus, and Evelynn came up with the idea to order whatever I ordered. A little strange, but whatever.

Since we were in a fancier place. I'll be a little fancy for this occasion. So I ordered Eggs Benedict. And after a few minutes of waiting, they arrived.

After we ate, we went back to Braume, and Ahri asked if there was anywhere I wanted to go.

Ahri: So Issei, since this is your day, is there anywhere you want to go in particular?

Issei: Hmmm, not really. I was just planning on accompanying you girls throughout the day.

Ahri: Really? Because, if you want, we can take you anywhere you would like to go.

Issei: Yeah, I'm sure. Besides, I'm positive there's stuff you girls wanna do. And I don't wanna get in your way.

Evelynn: Its not that you'd be getting in our way, darling. This day is meant for whoever won the premium pass. In that case, you. But, if you really don't have anywhere in particular, then I'd be glad to have you join us.

Ahri: In that case, let's go that that new mall that just opened a few weeks ago.

I nodded in agreement, as did everyone else. Evelynn told Braume where to go, and we were off.

Now, I've been to Tokyo in my old world, and I don't remember having a giant 18 story mall anywhere in the city! I couldn't help but stare at the building in awe.

Akali: Hmm? Yo, Issei? You good?

Issei: Huh? Yeah, I'm good.

Ahri: Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go.

We went inside the mall, and since I'm with a bunch of girls, of course the first place we go to is a clothing store. But not just any clothing store, a women's clothing store.

Not wanting to be awkward, I told them I'd wait for them outside. Evelynn, however, insisted that I join them.

Issei: Look, I'm really ok with just waiting out here for y'all.

Evelynn: I don't think so, darling. I've gotten the opinions of Ahri, Kai'sa and Akali, but I need an outside perspective.

Issei: I'm sure you'd look good in anything, Evelynn.

Evelynn: Exactly. That's why I need to find something that doesn't.

Issei:... Huh?

Evelynn: Just come with me, darling.

I was then literally dragged into the store.

Man this is awkward! I can't tell if the reason why all these women are staring at me is because I'm some guy loitering in a women's clothing store, or because I'm with the 4 most popular women on the planet.
