3rd Person POV
Within Naeva's domain, Ophis, Lilith and Great Red were there to see if she had any infrormation about Issei's whereabouts.
Naeva: Red... It's nice to see you again... I see you still have the pendant I gave you.
Great Red: Hey, Naeva. And yeah, I still have it.
Ophis then got their attention.
Ophis: Naeva, we need to talk.
Naeva:... *sighs* I can take a guess as to why your here... It's about Issei, isn't it?
Great Red: Then you know where he is?
Naeva: I do... I sent him to another world. One where he can have a fresh start.
Ophis: Isn't that against the rules for you? As The Watcher, you aren't supposed to send individuals from one world to the next.
Naeva: It is... but, Issei was on the verge of going insane. Had I not interviewed when I did, he would've gone mad.
Great Red: Where was he before?
Naeva: He was in the deepest level of The Underworld's prison.
Great Red: What?! So this whole time, when everyone thought he was dead, he was actually imprisoned?!
Ophis: If he was in the underworld, then why couldn't I sense his presence?!
Naeva: The devils had some sort of collar around his neck that sealed off his power. Plus, the cell they had him in had some very powerful seals that prevented any outside detection. Only I knew he was there.
Lilith: So... he spent all that time alone...?
Lilith spoke in a sad tone.
Naeva: Unfortunately, yes. I saw all the atrocities that were done to him. Someone as selfless as him being treated so harshly hurts to watch. When the devils locked him away, I was really contemplating sending him to another world. But, the rules kept me from doing so.
Great Red: So what changed?
Naeva: After seeing him on the verge of insanity, I couldn't just stand by and watch anymore. So I broke the rules, and sent him to another world.
They all stood in silence for a moment, before Lilith spoke up.
Lilith: Can you take us to him?
Naeva: Huh?
Lilith: Please...? I want to see big brother again...
Naeva:... Well... Since none of you are mortals, there should be no issue. So yes. I can send you to him. But first, would you like to see what he's been up to for the past few days?
Ophis, Lilith and Great Red looked at teacher other, and after a few moments of thought, they agreed to see what Issei has been up to.
Back on Earth
It's been a couple days since Issei hung out with K/DA, and right now he is currently enjoying some food at a café when he got a call from an unknown number.
Issei: Huh. I wonder who it is. *answers phone* Hello?
???: Is this Issei Hyoudou?
Issei: Yeah, who's this?
Sarah: Hey, Issei. It's Sarah Fortune. We met a couple days ago.
Issei: Ah, Ms. Fortune. K/DA's manager, right? How did you get my number?
Sarah: I got it from one of the girls.
Issei: Makes sense. So what can I do for you?
Sarah: I'm glad you asked. I was wondering if you'd be willing to meet with me in a couple hours? I'm about to go on an important business call in a few minutes, but I should be available in a couple hours.
