The bell rang, signaling the end of another long day at Hanami High School. So-Young gathered her books and made her way through the bustling hallways, her mind abuzz with thoughts of the day's events.

As she turned a corner, she spotted Eun-ji leaning against a row of lockers, her brow furrowed in concentration as she flipped through a notebook. So-Young quickened her pace, eager to catch up with her friend.

"Eun-ji, what are you reading?" So-Young asked, sliding to a stop beside her.

Eun-ji glanced up, a spark of excitement in her eyes. "Oh, hey, So-Young," she said, tucking the notebook into her bag. "I've been doing some research on the recent incidents at school. I think I might have found something."

So-Young's interest piqued at Eun-ji's words. "What did you find?" she asked, leaning in closer.

Eun-ji glanced around nervously before lowering her voice to a whisper. "I found some security footage from the night of the vandalism," she confessed. "And I think I know who's behind it."

So-Young's eyes widened in surprise. "Who?" she asked, her pulse quickening with anticipation.

But before Eun-ji could respond, a familiar voice called out from behind them, breaking the tense silence.

"So-Young, Eun-ji," Min-Jae's voice echoed through the hallway, his footsteps quickening as he approached. "There you are. I've been looking everywhere for you."

So-Young turned to face him, her mind racing with questions. What could Min-Jae possibly want to talk to them about now?

"What's going on, Min-Jae?" So-Young asked, her voice tinged with curiosity.

Min-Jae hesitated for a moment, his eyes darting nervously between So-Young and Eun-ji. "We need to talk," he said finally, his voice strained with emotion. "Alone."

So-Young exchanged a puzzled glance with Eun-ji before nodding in agreement. Whatever Min-Jae had to say, it was clear that it was important.

As they made their way to a secluded corner of the hallway, So-Young couldn't shake the feeling of apprehension that settled in the pit of her stomach. What could Min-Jae possibly want to talk to them about in private?
