It's Fucked up! Like literally Fucked Up! I never thought in my whole fucking lifetime that I have to work with my both, girlfriend's ex and boss! Never thought I have to make a deal with them!
Never thought that I have to hurt Jenna!
If it was in my power I would have buried Sam alive inside the ground and would destroy Mr. Hidalgo's well built company, his life. His Everything.
But right now I am helpless. Because if I do something, Jenna will face the problem. I can face the problem.
Damn it! I can loose Jenna forever.
And I can't afford that. I can't loose Jenna. Not for this. Not like this!
Few hours ago (In the morning)
I was working on my desktop and then there was a knock on my door.
Maybe it's Jenna.
"Come in . " I said without moving my head from the screen.
"Mr. Grey." And that was Lia's voice. Not Jenna. "Mr. Hidalgo and a guy is here. They want to talk to you."
"They don't have any appointment or something...... And I have more important things to do." Last thing I want to do is to see Mr. Hidalgo. I wonder who is the new guy with him. He already got a new assistant? Not bad!!
"Yeah, I told them that. But they are saying it's important and it's not only about the business.." Lia said quietly.
Uggghhh!! "Okay, fine . Sent them in." I ordered Lia to let them in.
Jenna already texted me that she will be a little late today. Basically she overslept.
What will I do with My girl......
A smile stretched my mouth without me realising it. Just by thinking about Jenna. My Jenna. My girl.
"Mr. Grey. Thanks for meeting us " I moved my head in order to look at Mr. Hidalgo and the other guy. And the other guy is Sam!
My girlfriend's ex! This can't be freaking true!!
My eyes widened. "Mr. Hidalgo and...... Sam, I see"
"Mr. Grey. Pleasure seeing you." Sam walked towards me.
"Wish I could say the same about you. You are lucky that you are not laying in the ground right now. Remember? Our shopping mall fight is still undone." I walked towards him.
"Whoa whoa! No fights! Here we are to make an peaceful agreement! " Mr. Hidalgo stepped between us. "Let's sit, shall we?" I eyed him.
"Yes, I have more important things to deal with than this. So let's just finish it." I walked back to my chair to take my seat.
They both settled over their own chairs.
"So how are things with Jenna?" Mr. Hidalgo asked.
Jenna and I decided to not let anyone know about our relationship. And if people get to know about us then there will be chaos.
And we both don't want that specially before the Award Function and our company's 50th year's anniversary.
"That's none of your business. She is my assistant not yours anymore." I took a sip of my coffee from my cup. I don't want to do anything conversation with them. Atleast not related to Jenna.
"Ofcourse ofcourse. I understand. But..... Does she know about Madeline?" And Mr. Hidalgo earned a look from me .
"Huh, don't be surprise, Zayn. You know I am not your biggest fan and I do learn about my enemie's weaknesses very well."
"Are you here to threatened me?"
"Absolutely not. I already told you i am here for an agreement. But will Jenna still love you of she gets to know about Madeline? What if people gets to know about your relationship with your personal assistant?" Mr. Hidalgo placed his hands on the table.
"Or worse... What if Jenna loose her job?" Sam moved his leg over his other one.
"Then she will live with me for her whole life without even thinking twice." I texted Jenna that she doesn't need to hurry up. Ofcourse i haven't told her the reasons. Because I don't want to tell her that u am here making an arrangement with her ex boss and ex boyfriend whom she hate.
"Oh , you think that she will stay with you after listening to Madeline's story?" A small laugh escaped from Mr. Hidalgo's mouth.
"What do you want?" I asked him with my gritted teeth.
"Okay so here is the thing - let my company win this year's Best Publication Company Awards..... And here is the file. " Mr. Hidalgo motioned Sam to give me the file. Sam slides me the file.
"There is everything that you need to know about our agreement and read it carefully. And another thing.... You have to accept this agreement. Or else your girlfriend will suffer. And i am sure you don't want that, right Zayn?"
I just started at them.
"And now onwards we are going to behave like good partners, okay?" Sam threw his statement.
"Don't get so ahead of yourselves. Let me read the agreement first. You have no idea what I can do to you guys. " I warned them.
If Jenna was not in the middle of this........
And then there was another small knock and Jenna entereed in the room.........
Back to the present time
Now we were in the meeting room talking about Elena's novel series.
If I talk to Jenna she will understand but it's about Jenna and I don't want her to get in the middle of any of this.
And when the time will come i will tell her everything and she will understand.
The worst thing is that I can't even tell her about what we were talking about. About why I was talking with his ex without beating him.
I guess this will go for a while now.
