Chapter 3: Everything Falls

Dipper hung as well when he heard Mabel's voice faded singing a song from Katy Perry. He couldn't help thinking how Pacifica would be with other person. Should Dipper propose, too, before she leave to Gravity Falls? Then footsteps scared him. Pacifica was walking towards Dipper's office where the door was still opening wide.

"Pacifica what are you doing here?"

"I go wherever I want."

"Not in my office!"

"Oh yea? Not satisfied with your stories, you should be. Don't you know that you did a lot of grammer mistakes in the 15th chapter of book 3?"

Dipper, once again surprise, couldn't expect more from Pacifica than remembering every detail in his book. Oh, snap. He teased Pacifica in his own mind.

"And why did you write me so terrifying when we met lumber jack's ghost?"

"That wasn't you, it was Diana Southeast ."

"Duh, I know everything you wrote is based on real life experience." Pacifica leaned towards Dipper, at first Dipper was nervous until he found out Pacifica was only reaching for the computer screen, "What are you writing now."

"About how Ursa got shot by a cupid."

"And romance or something happened?"

"You remember."

Pacifica realized what he was talking about, then she blushed heavily. "Why are you even writing this!" She shoved Dipper hard on his shoulders.

Dipper laughed, "Ouch, that wasn't my fault that happened."

"Ugh." Pacifica grunted as she tried looking around for something to talk about, then her eyes landed on an old dusty velvet book. "You still have that dumb book huh?"

"It's not dumb." Dipper smiled.

"Still looked the same to me, " she flipped the pages then stopped in a page. Dipper wonder what it was until she closed he book.

"What was it?" Dipper asked, curious.

"Category 10."

Dipper felt embarrassed under this piece of memory. He knew perfectly what happened as he saw a young boy with the same brown curly hair, "I got a category 10 to handle, ouch!" The boy bumped into a nearby pole, then rubbed his nose and turned to the long and blonde haired young girl. The boy said awkwardly but confidently, "Category 10!" The girl laughed.

Memories of Gravity Falls washed towards him. He misses the town, a lot now. He can almost feel himself float. Wait what?

"Hey Dipper do you..."

"Shu!" Pacifica only received a hurried but serious shush from Dipper, his face is colorless as he stood up.

"How dare you I was askin..."

"Shush!" Dipper put his finger on Pacifica's lips.

Pacifica removed his hands and wanted to complain more until she heard a noise. In the corner of her eyes she noticed something was moving. She turned her head around as she saw everything was floating all around her. Dipper and Pacifica floated,too. Pacifica, terrified hold Dipper's hand tight. "What's happening?!"

Unfortunately Dipper couldn't answer, he looked around, panicking like Pacifica, until everything fell back down due to gravity.

Pacifica landed on her knees, while Dipper landed on the bottom. Everything was a mess after Dipper's organization in the other day, but Dipper didn't care. He search through his minds while rubbing everywhere that still stings after the fall. Then he froze, as he remembered a similar thing happening. Someone opened the portal again!
