Chapter 4: Three Friends

Three long shirts, two of the blue vest I wore when I was small. I think that does it all. Dipper hold a list, not of clothes. A list of lists!

There we go, I've finished the lists of clothes. Now for the lists of bathing tools.

After the 'anti-gravity' incidence Dipper sent Pacifica away early, before he asked Pacifica if she wants to go back to Gravity Falls with him, then she stated she won't be going back for another week. Dipper had already called Grunkle Stan and Grandpa Stan about it , they had suspicions about somebody opening the portal,too. They already bought plane tickets for Dipper and now Dipper is leaving immediately. Right after I finish this list of lists of stuffs I need to do, and have a little chit chat with friends he hasn't seen in a long tim.

'Ding Dong!' the doorbell rang. Once again, not Doorbell the pig. That reminds me, should I bring Doorbell back to Gravity Falls for a visit? What if the airport police won't allow. No worries Dipper, I have just the idea. He opened the door and a man in brown hair, older than Dipper stretched his hands wide open and exclaimed, "Dipper!"

"Hey! Mr.Valentino and Mrs.Willson!" Dipper smiled at the guest. There they were, the beautiful and perfect couple Robbie and Tambry, two friends from the friendgroup that existed when Dipper was still is Gravity Falls. They passed by Dipper's city for a small trip and today is the day where they go back, not to Gravity Falls, for they had moved, also, for a better life.

"Hey! No need to call us Valentino, just call us how you usually call us."

"Robbie, you know Dipper is just being mannered, isn't it Dipper." A pregnant woman in pink hair and purple dress laid her hands on Robbie's hand.

"Come on in, don't just stand there!" Dipper offered. Robbie held Tambry carefully as they entered the house. 

"Robbie I can handle just fine myself!" Tambry exclaim.

Robbie shook his head, when Tamber finally arrived the couch, Robbie turn back to help Dipper.

"So how's the baby going on?" Dipper inquired. Ever since Robbie dated Tamber because of the love potion Mabel gave them, Robbie has been the happiest man in the world. They got married shortly and now it's their first kid they're waiting for. Mabel felt bad for the rest of her life knowing their love is not real. Not really the way how it was supposed to start at least. But Mabel never told them the truth, even when she has to live in the guilt forever. But still she felt happy for them, that's the only way she could comfort herself, when really needed Dipper would convince her that it's not her fault. The love that exists between Robbie and Tamber is real.

"It's going well. Doctor said they'll come next month. Me and Tamber have came up with a name for it!"

"Really, what's it gonna be?" after carrying the luggage, Dipper offered them tea.

"If it's a girl it will be Starla, if it's a boy it'll be Pinester." Tamber smiled as she took a sip of her tea.

"We would never got married and have a happy life like this if it wasn't for you and Mabel, so of course we'll name our children in honor of you, Dipper."

While feeling shy under the great honor of having a kid named by him, he felt a stab of guilt going right through him has he felt his shoulder weighted. "You're, you're welcome guys. Thank you ,too, I would never get to write this book without you guys inspiring me. What's Gravity Falls without you." Dipper tried to sound cheerful to hide his nervousy. They should never know the truth, EVER.

"You're awful nice, we didn't do much, except being a bunch of miserable douches. Teenage times is us being weird and dumb, but enjoyable." That reminds Dipper, Tambry had been reducing her usage of phone when she started dating Robbie. Dipper guessed the power of love. Dipper just wondered when will he get a perfect love. With Pacifica? Maybe?

"But hey it makes us who we are now!" Robbie smiled. For some reason he smiled more often ever since he dated Tambry. Love can cure anything, even Robbie's emo-ish behavior. Robbie is becoming more like his cheerful parents, well, except the part about admiring death. The emo-ish Robbie reminded Dipper of his bullies, but they slowly became good friends.

"Yea, teenage years huh." Dipper couldn't make himself mood-up anymore. A lot of things are weighting him down.

"Dipper are you still afraid of the gravity disappearing?"

"Everyone's afraid Tambry, I remember how the same happened in Gravity Falls 10 years ago. It was only Gravity Falls experiencing it right? Now it's reaching here!"

"I don't know but I think it might be someone opening the portal again."

"You mean the portal where you found your grandpa?

"Yea, the exact same portal! I need to go to Gravity Falls to check this out. That's why I want someone to take care of the house. And I don't mean you guys." Dipper didn't want to be rude. "Incase you guys know someone and you're about to leave for another city."

Robbie rubbed his chin while looking up, I think I know someone. Totally responsible one! And you know who..."

All three of them exclaimed, "Thomson!"

"Oh man you guys still remembers huh?" Dipper laughed. Thomson, a doormat in Dipper's teenage friend group, was a guy everyone can trust. He would do anything to keep their friendship stick with each other. Surely he would accept this request.

"Coincidentally he's having a business trip here. He can live in your house for now."

Wow! A business trip. Who would ever know Thomson is working as a business man.

"Thanks guys. That is a lot of help you gave."

"Anytime Dipper." They chat for another half an hour and it's finally time for Tambry and Robbie to leave for plane.

"Think it's time?" Robbie said.

"Ya think?" Tamry said jokingly. "I'll be fine walking on my own!" she said before Robbie could reach out to his wife.

"I have some gifts for you upstair, thanks for your gifts last time." Before their visit now, they visited Dipper when they arrive here. They brought a box of snacks. Those were snacks only available in Gravity Falls, they were also snacks bought from the newly opened snack bar, where it was originally the haunted snack shop. Dipper negotiated with the ghost couples that lived inside, at first it didn't work but they finally left to rest in peace when they were touched by the love of Robbie and Tambry. The beautiful couple has always been really nice, now it's time Dipper do something good. He wasn't good at baby stuffs since he's not even in a relationship! Still he clumsily chose some baby stuffs for them.

"Woah woah, you think your noodle arm can handle it." Robbie joked.

"Shut up." Dipper was happy, they were like the times when they are teenagers, joking and mocking each other. Now, they are helping each other on the boxes. Life goes in mysterious ways, friends too . Dipper knew he will miss these friends, a lot.

Just when they're reaching the door, Dipper felt his phone rang in his pocket. "Sorry Robbie, gotta take this call." Dipper reached in his pocket to call, while Robbie carried the boxes back to the car.

"Hello? Thomson, hey buddy! How are you doing? You'll come? Great! I'll meet you in my house." Dipper suddenly heard a big pang. According to the huge sound, Dipper knows it was the luggage dropping. "Robbie, you need help?" Dipper turned around, only to break out in a gasp. Tambry was holding her huge stomach tight, the other hand forming a fist pushing down on the car.

"Dipper, call an ambulance or something!" Robbie shouted to Dipper, he was holding Tambry's arm, trying to bring her up the car. Tambry gave a low growl. Dipper panicked, " I'll call you later Thomson, there's an emergency!"
