My eyes travelled to the door as it opened. The bell had clung as it was pushed opened. A woman in her late twenties walked in. Shoulder-length blonde bob, navy sweatshirt and black jeans. Her outfit was effortless, but so damn pleading.

The lady glanced around the room until she found mine and Ms Tweedy's eyes. She smiled and her grey-blue eyes twinkled as she walked over to us.

Cheryl couldn't stand up quickly enough, when the lady was half a meter away from Cheryl, she launched herself at the blonde lady, kissing her lips and right cheek before she gave her a quick cuddle.

"Charlotte, this is my wife, Kimberley. Kimba, this is my newest student, Charlotte." Ms Tweedy motioned for me to stand up. It wasn't until now I realised who she was.

"I know." Kimberley said while grinning sweetly. Cheryl knitted her eyebrows together, looking at her wife in confusion.

"She asked me how to get to the dance academy, I just gave her some directions, babe," Kimberley added.

"You said your wife was an instructor, not that she ran the place, like." I quietly said while looking at the both of them.

"Like it's alright, I'm only a wee confused." I quickly added.

"Let's sit down, eh?," Kimberley suggested as she shuffled into the booth alongside with Mrs. Tweedy. I swiftly followed their motions, sitting down in the booth I had for myself.

The same waiter came back, eager to take our orders. He scribbled down what Kimberley wanted to drink, before he asked us what we wanted.

"What would you like?" Cheryl asked me.

"Is pepperoni nice?"

"A bit spicy, but yeah, it's nice," Cheryl looked at her menu as she spoke, "would you like that one?" I nodded my head. Cheryl requested a small pepperoni pizza, and a small Margarita.

Subconsciously I took a sip of my water, lingering my fingers on the edge. I sighed contently, smiling with my dimples.

"Care to share?" Kimberley asked.

"What?"

"Your thoughts, she means." Cheryl explained.

"Do you always take your new students out for food?" I asked, changing the subject.

"No, only the special ones." She took a sip of her water, smiling gracefully at me. I furrowed my eyebrows together, for the hundredth time today.

"Which means?"

"I've never done this before, I'm excited though. You're quite special, even if you don't believe it. Honestly, I've never seen someone so thankful for a scholarship, but also seemingly unfazed."

"Never in a million years did I think I'd dance in your academy. Definitely not get a scholarship," I smiled.
