The difference between being cisgender and transgender is simple enough to understand. If you are cisgender your gender and sex are aligned. This just means that you are either a female who is also a woman, or you are a male who is also a man.
If you are any form of transgender it just means you aren't cisgender. This includes gender-fluid, non-binary, gender queer, and many many more.
Both cisgender and transgender are normal, natural, and VALID.
