The Bat {Mlp X Male Reader}

Part 8

     We find ourselves within the heart of Ponyville, a celebration being held to celebrate the return both princesses, as well as to congratulate the mane six on returning safe and bringing balance back to Equestria (for now). The princesses of night and day have returned home to Canterlot, while the mane Six stay behind. Twilight was much more open to making friends with the other ponies around her thanks to the lessons she learned in the Evergreen forest.
   We see the violet pony having a cupcake and some punch while interacting with the other ponies around, smiling. This was interrupted by a rainbow-haired mare pulling her and the rest of the mane six to the side.

Applejack: "What's up rainbow?"

Pinkie: "Yeah! i was just about to go fire more confetti!"

Rainbow: "You can do that later Pinkie. Haven't any of y'all wondered where {Y/N} Ran off to? as soon as the sun came up he ran off!"

     This seemed to put the group in thought for awhile. She was right, where had he gone off to? Pinkie wasn't even able to put a party hat on him before he disappeared. 

Twilight: "Maybe he had something to do-?"

Rarity: "Twilight, he arrived on the same day that you did. What would he have to do in town?"

Twilight: "I... good point."

Pinkie pie: "Maybe he's a vampire and when the sun came up he had to leave before the sun came up or he would turn to dust!"

     The group would look at Pinkie pie for a moment, some confused others with a blank stare.

Twilight: "Pinkie that it ridiculous, Vampires don't exist."

     Fluttershy was about to say something, before Applejack interjected.

Applejack: "Yeah! an' even if they did they'd live in huge castles er underground."

     Fluttershy was again going to say something.

Rarity: "And they have the most lavish, gem embroidered clothing. Not some old rags."

Rainbow Dash: "Maybe he's a new vampire?"

Twilight: "Again! they dont exist!"

     Fluttershy would again, try speaking during the pause, but again interrupted.

Pinkie: "Yes they do! I've seen one with my own eyes!"

Twilight: "Really? Where?"

Pinkie: "it flew into my mane when i was cooking cupcakes at night! it squeaked a lot!"

Twilight: "Pinkie pie that was just a normal bat-"

   Fluttershy would gently nudge Spike ,who was quiet this whole time, to try getting his attention, which works and the purple dragon would get everyone else's attention for the pink-maned mare.

Fluttershy: "Dr. Horse said he actually is a vampire.."

Twilight: "..excuse me-?"

Rainbow: "ha!"

     Pinkie pie would smile and jump with joy.

Pinkie: "Yippee! one of my friends is a vampire! ...WAIT WHAT!?"

     She would then faint.

Twilight: "I- wh- HOW!?"

Fluttershy: "I don't know.. but i found him in the forest while looking for injured animals and found him there. He was hurt so i took him home. I called the doctor and he told me that he must've been a vampire."

Rarity: "If thats the case.."

   Her eyes widen slightly, looking at the others.

Rarity: "What if he got turned to dust by the Sun and nobody noticed??"

     This would frighten the others. Losing a friend right after meeting them? Could this really have happened?

Rainbow Dash: "We gotta go back and look for him!"

Applejack: "Are ya kiddin'? We barely survived the evergreen forest and you wanna go back!?"

     This conversation continued for quite awhile, from the shade of an alleyway however, a pair of piercing yellow eyes and grey ears would be watching and listening.

{Y/N}: 'Hm. Seems they're worried about me.'

     Our vampiric friend was currently resting in the alley, some of his fur and skin somewhat burned from contact with the suns harmful rays. He was healing slowly from his burns.

{Y/N}: 'A vampire.. Hm.. Perhaps there is reading material on the matter within the library twilight inhabits.'

     He would look around, finding a crate covered in a cloth. He would take said cloth and wrap it around himself in order to protect his skin from the sun, he would then begin heading his way to the library.
