The episode begins with a flashback to the night Pow and Dina, the parents of Peewee, Oscar, and Woody, were murdered by an evil witch. The scene is dark and foreboding, with the witch's cackling laughter echoing as she casts a deadly spell. Pow and Dina try to protect their children but are ultimately overpowered.

Uncle Tim, Pow's brother, arrives just in time to rescue the babies from the wreckage. He fights off the witch with a powerful spell of his own, but not before she vows to return and claim the children's powers. With their parents gone, Tim takes the children into his care, vowing to raise them and prepare them for the dangers that lie ahead.

Peewee, Oscar, and Woody are still training at Professor Vortex's lab. They notice Tim looking pensive, staring out the window.

Peewee: "Uncle Tim, are you okay? You seem... distant."

Tim sighs, turning to face them.

Tim: "There's something I've been meaning to tell you. It's about your parents and why the witch is after you."

Oscar: "We've always known something happened to them, but you never told us the full story."

Woody: "Yeah, we deserve to know. What really happened that night?"

Tim nods, gathering them around.

Tim: "It's time you knew the truth. Your parents were brave, powerful people. They were heroes, just like you. The witch attacked them because she wanted to steal your powers for herself."

The scene shifts to a flashback, showing Pow and Dina defending their home against the witch.

Peewee: "Did they know she was coming?"

Tim: "They had suspicions. Your father sensed dark magic growing stronger. They tried to protect you, but the witch was too powerful. I arrived just in time to save you from her clutches."

Oscar clenches his fists, anger and sadness in his eyes.

Oscar: "Why didn't you tell us this sooner? We could have prepared better!"

Tim: "You were only babies when it happened, Oscar. I wanted to protect you from the burden of that night for as long as possible. But now, you're ready to understand and face the truth."

Woody places a comforting hand on Oscar's shoulder.

Woody: "Our parents sacrificed everything for us. We need to honour their memory by being strong and united."

Peewee: "Uncle Tim, thank you for everything you've done. We know it hasn't been easy for you either."

Tim: "Raising you has been the greatest honour of my life. Your parents would be proud of the heroes you've become. But remember, the witch is still out there and will come for you again."

The scene shifts back to the present as the POWS, now filled with determination, gather around a memorial for Pow and Dina.

Oscar: "We'll protect each other and this city, just like they would have wanted."

Woody: "Together, we're unstoppable. The witch doesn't stand a chance."

The camera pans to the memorial, showing a picture of Pow and Dina with an inscription that reads, "Heroes Forever Remembered."

Tim: "Your parents were the bravest people I ever knew. They fought not just for themselves but for a better future for you and this city."

Peewee: "What were they like, Uncle Tim? We only have fragments of memories."

Tim smiles wistfully, recalling happier times.

Tim: "Your father, Pow, was the strongest man I ever met, not just in body but in spirit. He believed in justice and always put others before himself. Your mother, Dina, had a heart of gold. She could heal with a touch and had an unbreakable will. They were a perfect team, just like you three are now."

Oscar: "I wish we could have known them better."

Tim: "In many ways, you do. You carry their legacy in your hearts and your actions. Every time you use your powers for good, you honour them."

Woody: "We'll make sure their legacy lives on. We'll protect this city and its people like they did."

Tim: "I know you will. And remember, you're never alone. You have each other, and you have me."

The episode concludes with the family holding hands, standing strong and united. The scene fades out with a view of the city skyline, the sun setting behind it, symbolizing the end of a chapter and the beginning of a new one.
