The episode begins with a typical school day in Megalopolis. In a middle school playground, a young boy named Tommy is seen sitting alone, reading a comic book about superheroes. The story features a team of superheroes who fight evil and protect their city, much like the POWS. Tommy is small for his age and often becomes the target of bullies. Today is no different as a group of older kids approach him.

Jack, the ringleader of the bullies, sneers at Tommy. "Hey, Tommy! Are you reading those dumb comics again? You think you're gonna be a superhero or something?" He snatches the comic book out of Tommy's hands and shoves him.

Tommy stumbles back, his eyes downcast. "Just give it back, Jack. Please."

Jack laughs and holds the comic out of Tommy's reach. "What are you gonna do about it, huh? Cry to your mommy?"

At the same time, the POWS are patrolling the city. Peewee, with her keen eye, notices the bullying incident from afar. She immediately informs Oscar and Woody, and they quickly head to the school to intervene. They arrive just in time to see Tommy being pushed to the ground.

Peewee steps forward, her voice firm. "Hey, leave him alone!"

Jack and his friends turn, surprised to see the POWS standing there. Oscar crosses his arms, glaring at the bullies. "You heard her. Back off."

Jack scoffs but backs away slightly. "Whatever. We were having some fun."

Woody steps in, helping Tommy up. "Bullying isn't fun. It's hurtful. Are you okay, Tommy?"

Tommy, starstruck and in awe of meeting his heroes, nods. "Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks."

Moved by Tommy's plight, the POWS decide to help him. They take him under their wing and start by teaching him the basics of self-defence, emphasizing that physical strength is not the only way to stand up to bullies. They also focus on building his confidence and teaching him the importance of standing up for himself and others.

Peewee shows Tommy how to stay calm under pressure, using techniques to control his breathing and maintain focus. "Just breathe, Tommy. In and out. Find your center."

Oscar teaches him basic self-defence moves and how to use his surroundings to his advantage. "Remember, it's not about being the strongest. It's about being smart and quick."

With his gentle demeanour, Woody teaches Tommy about resilience and the strength of inner peace and understanding. "You're stronger than you think, Tommy. Believe in yourself."

The training montage shows Tommy gradually becoming more confident and skilled. He practices diligently, not just in physical defence but also in speaking up and asserting himself. The POWS are always by his side, encouraging him and sharing their experiences of overcoming fears and standing up for what's right.

One day, back at school, the bullies approach Tommy again. Jack smirks as he steps forward. "Look who's here. Ready for round two, Tommy?"

This time, Tommy stands his ground. He remembers the lessons from the POWS and calmly but firmly tells Jack, "Leave me alone, Jack. I'm not afraid of you anymore."

Jack, taken aback, tries to push Tommy again. But Tommy skillfully deflects his attempt, surprising everyone, including the bullies. Jack stumbles back, glaring. "You'll regret this, Tommy."

Tommy stands tall, his voice steady. "No, Jack. I'm done being afraid."

Tommy's newfound confidence inspires other students who have been victims of bullying. They begin to stand up for themselves and each other, creating a ripple effect throughout the school. Realizing they are outnumbered and no longer in control, the bullies back down.

The episode ends with Tommy being cheered by his classmates. The POWS watch from a distance, proud of the transformation they helped bring about. They remind Tommy that true strength comes from within and that he has the power to make a positive difference in his life and the lives of others.

Peewee smiles as she watches the scene. "He's going to be just fine."

Oscar nods. "Yeah, he's got the heart of a hero."

Woody adds, "He knows we're here for him anytime he needs us."

Peewee, Oscar, and Woody reflect on their impact as they leave the school. They realize that being a hero isn't just about fighting villains; it's also about empowering others to find their strength and courage.
