The school gymnasium has students, teachers, and parents cheering for their favourite athletes. The principal takes the stage to start the competition officially.

Principal: "Welcome, everyone, to this year's sports competition! Let's show some school spirit and give it our all. May the best athletes win!"

The crowd erupts in applause as the first events begin.

**Scene: The Sprint Race**

Oscar lines up at the starting line, focused and determined. He knows he has to rely on his natural speed, not his powers. The starting gun fires, and he sprints with all his might. He finishes in second place, just a fraction of a second behind the winner.

Oscar: "Second place! Not bad, but I'll get him next time."

**Scene: The Long Jump**

Woody steps up for the long jump event. He takes a deep breath, reminding himself not to use his powers. He leaps into the air with a strong run-up, landing just short of the first-place mark.

Woody: "So close! But still, that was a great jump."

**Scene: The Relay Race**

Peewee, Oscar, and Woody join forces for the relay race, each taking a leg of the race. They work together seamlessly, passing the baton smoothly and running their hardest. They cross the finish line in third place, earning a respectable position.

Peewee: "Great job, team! We did our best, and that's what matters."

Oscar: "Yeah, but I really wanted to win."

Woody: "We'll get them next year. For now, let's enjoy the rest of the day."

**Scene: Unexpected Trouble**

The school's power suddenly goes out as the competition continues, plunging the gymnasium into darkness. The crowd murmurs in confusion and concern.

Principal: "Everyone, please remain calm. We're experiencing a temporary power outage. We'll have it fixed shortly."

Peewee: "This doesn't feel right. We should check it out."

Oscar: "Agreed. Let's see what's going on."

**Scene: Investigating the Power Outage**

The POWS sneak out of the gymnasium and go to the school's utility room. Inside, they find a mysterious figure tampering with the electrical systems.

Peewee: "Hey! What are you doing?"

The figure turns, revealing a former student who was expelled for causing trouble—Volt, a villain who can manipulate electricity.

Volt: "I'm just here to make things a little more exciting. Don't mind me."

Oscar: "We're not letting you ruin the competition. Leave now, or we'll make you."

Volt: "Oh, I'd like to see you try."

**Scene: Battle with Volt**

A fierce battle ensues in the utility room. Volt uses his electrical powers to create sparks and short circuits, but the POWS work together to counter his attacks.

Peewee: "Oscar, use the insulation gloves to block his electricity!"

Oscar: "On it!"

Woody: "I'll distract him with some plant growth!"

Using their strategic skills and teamwork, the POWS managed to subdue Volt and restore the school's power.

Peewee: "That's enough, Volt. You're not causing any more trouble here."

Volt: "You may have won this time, but I'll be back."

The POWS secure Volt and hand him over to the authorities, ensuring he won't further disrupt the competition.

**Scene: Back to the Competition**

With the power restored, the competition resumes. The POWS rejoin their classmates, feeling proud of their quick thinking and teamwork.

Principal: "Thank you all for your patience. Let's continue with the events!"

**Scene: Awards Ceremony**

At the end of the day, the principal announces the competition's winners. While the POWS didn't win first place in any events, they were recognized for their sportsmanship and teamwork.

Principal: "A special shoutout to Peewee, Oscar, and Woody for their outstanding effort and teamwork today. You've shown what true sportsmanship looks like."

The crowd cheers as the POWS step forward to receive their medals.

Peewee: "This was a great day. We may not have won, but we gave it our all."

Oscar: "And we stopped Volt from ruining everything. That's a win in my book."

Woody: "Definitely. I'm proud of us."

**Scene: Closing**

The episode concludes with the POWS reflecting on the day's events and their commitment to protecting their school and community.

Peewee: "Let's return to what we do best: protecting the city."

Oscar: "And maybe practicing for next year's competition."

Woody: "I'm with you. We'll be even better next time."

They share a laugh, their bond strengthened by their shared adventure.

The sun begins to set as they stand together, casting a hopeful light over the city they are sworn to protect.
