Chapter final

Everyone was still sitting in the meeting room, waiting for Mr Bang and Chan, as they didn't dismiss them. They didn't talk, not even a bit. The room stayed in silence. You were over-thinking, will you get fired? Will Chan make it? Will he lose to Hannah? You didn't know.

Soon they finally came in. Chan was behind Mr Bang. You looked at Chan, you thought something bad was going to happen but Chan was smiling.

Then Mr Bang sat on his seat, so did Chan.

Mr Bang smiled.

"I've made my decision on the heir. It was not an easy decision." He said.

"The next president of our hotel will be announced to the public next week, in the announcing party." He continued. "But I'll be announcing here, today."

Everyone leaned in front, as they were curious about it.

Chan stared at Hannah, and Hannah did the same too.

"The president, congratulations, son." Mr Bang smiled.

Chan widened his eyes in disbelief. He smiled, bowed.

"Thanks father, thanks!!" Chan thanked Mr Bang.

Then he turned his head to you. You smiled and gave him a small thumbs up.

"But- father he's dating his secretary!! How's that- possible!!" Hannah shouted, trying to convince Mr Bang.

"Hannah what about your boyfriend, or dead ex-boyfriend Lee Minho?" Chan smirked.

Hannah froze. She did not know that you knew about her dating Minho.

"Sorry- what??" She stuttered.

"Yes, Lee Minho." Chan said.

"Oh yea the Lee Minho mafia guy was just trying to take your money. He didn't like you at all." Chan added.

Hannah didn't reply and left the room, banging the door loudly, with madness.

"Thanks father. I'll be managing well in the future." Chan bowed to Mr Bang and left the room.

You were confused. So will you get fired? You didn't know. But all you knew is to follow Chan along back to his office.

"Babe I did it, we did it." Chan said excitedly.

"Is our dating news spreading out in the world from now on-?" You asked nervously. You didn't want to be on the top of the newspaper.

"The reporters are gonna know soon anyways." Chan whispered.

"What do you mean?" You asked confused.

"Hmm nothing." Chan mumbled.

"Why don't we go out and have lunch together?" Chan added.

"It sounds like a good idea!!" You exclaimed.

Chan drove you to a restaurant. The outer look could tell it was really luxurious and expensive. You gasped in shock.

You got in and saw no other people except the waiters. You were kind of confused, but you chose to not ask why.

You two had a great romantic couple set. You loved the dishes. You couldn't believe that the food was real. It was totally perfect.

Then someone came to you two. The guy dressed in a black suit started playing the violin, and the others started singing softly.

Chan stood up, walked towards you. Then bent his one knee down.

"Y/Nnie, I know we started just two months ago. But I regonize you as the love of my life. I can't live without you a day. Seeing you working beside me calmed down my stress. You are gorgeous, beautiful, lovely. I'm here to ask you, my girlfriend, Jeon Y/N, will you be with me until the end of my life, will you marry me?" He showed a ring to you, and proposed to you.

You were completely shocked. But a yes came out of your mind. You didn't think for a bit, then shouted the answer.

"Yes Channie yes!!" You exclaimed.

He put the ring on your fingers. Then he crushed his lips on yours, feeling distressed.

Then someone took a picture of you two kissing. The bright light flashed. It was a polaroid.

The polaroid came out really good, with visuals of Chan and yours. You really loved it. You couldn't help but cry with happiness.

After all the things that happened, you still love Chan a lot. Why? It is not because he is rich, but it's because the heart of you two connected, and it will never disconnect.

You couldn't believe that your cold-hearted, scary, and creepy boss would be your future husband. Everything happened so fast, and you'll be the future wife of the president of the CB97, Bahng Christopher Chan.
