"I..I think..hyung I think I'm in love." Seonghwa smiled fondly, patting his head again.
"Then I suggest not waiting any more time for him to get rid of his feelings for you, hm?" His eyes widened, nodding, and thanking him with another hug, before rushing back to his room, wiping his eyes of any tears.

Mingi was still asleep on his bed, just as sad looking as before, but Yunho was so excited. Nervous, of course, but excited nonetheless. He walked closer, sitting on the edge of the bed and brushing Mingis hair back, whispering gently to him to bring him slowly back to the real world.
As for the younger, he could hardly believe his eyes seeing Yunho sitting over him, smiling sweetly, though he could detect not only the impatience but also anxiety in his features. Instead, he chose to think it was a dream, allowing the touch.
"Mingiya, I need to talk to you."
"Why?" He responded, clutching the hand on his hair and bringing it to his cheek, as if afraid it would disappear.
"I'm sorry Mingi, I was such an idiot."
"I think you're smart." The other pouted, looking half asleep.
"I need you to wake up for this, crazy."
"But it's a dream, I can't, or else I'll have to let go of you again." His words made Yunho coo, tearing up.
"I'll be here if you wake up for me Minks."
"Promise?"
"Promise."
"Okay~" His eyes fluttered closed, still holding Yunhos hand to his cheek and snuggling into it. At that, he sighed, though still smiling, admiring him for a few minutes before trying again.
"Mingi, hey~" He shook the younger, thumb caressing his cheek.
Once again, he opened his eyes, tiredly looking up at Yunho, before registering that he was really there.
"Can you sit up for me? I promise it's not a dream."
Just at the sight of his beautiful face, Mingi could practically feel his love for him seeping through his body. But it wasn't supposed to, he was supposed to get rid of those feelings, bury them away never to be seen, and hopefully never to be felt, so he could go back to being best friends with the one he called his soulmate.
He sat up, his expression pained. "I should go, Yunho." As he spoke, he began to get out of bed, but the other stopped him, arms wrapping around his neck, pushing him to lay on his back again.
Yunho buried his face in Mingis chest, practically on top of him to hug him like that, tears welling in his eyes at the hesitance of the other, hands not holding his waist like they used to.
"Yunho, please, I-I know it's hard not talking but—if you-I can't-I won't be able to stop loving you if we don't."
"What if I don't want you to?"
"T-to what?" He moved to face the Mingi, tears trailing slowly down his cheeks.
"To stop loving me."
His words silenced the other, eyes watering as he stared at him in shock.
"What?"
"I'm sorry Mingi, I'm so sorry. I don't know what's wrong with me. I-I've been in love with you for years, I don't know why I thought any different for even a moment."
After what felt like hours of Mingi not responding, Yunho became discouraged, back to hiding away in his chest. That is, until he felt a pair of hands on his waist, wrapping around it and pulling him closer, head on his shoulder.
"You love me?"
"I love you. I'm so in love with you."
"I-I love you too...oh my god Yunho I love you too." Both of them choked on cries, smiling despite the water leaving their eyes. Mingi cupped his cheek, bringing him back up so that their noses were nearly touching. "Can I kiss you?"
"You never need to ask." Yunho whispered back, connecting their lips and sighing in content. Excitement spread throughout his body, finally kissing Mingi, just as he'd always wanted. He wondered if Mingi had been wanting it too. Probably, he hoped, and could hardly deny, feeling the passion he put into it.
They kissed for what felt like hours, lips moving gently together, Yunhos hands carding through Mingis hair, never wanting to relent, never wanting to let go, especially after being apart for so long.
That night, they slept in each other's embrace, giving gentle pecks until they fell asleep. Both got more than they bargained for, all they were really hoping was for the pain to stop, to be close again, but now, they were closer than ever, and had no intentions of changing that.
