Sonic IDW Reimagining-Episode 9

*Recap on the Story so far: The Fate of Dr. Eggman had been revealed, the Doctor has suffered amnesia from after the events of Sonic Forces from his defeat, after some thought, our heroes let Eggman or should I say "Mr. Tinker" in Windmill-Village, though some stayed behind to keep an eye on him, just to be safe. In the mean time, Sonic & Mike set out to find the true mastermind behind the organised Badnik attacks. Where we last left Sonic & Mike, they gain details on his plan and learned that "Neo Metal-Sonic" was behind it all, and now is heading alongside the Egg-Fleet to Angel-Island where the battle to protect/save the Master-Emerald begins*

*Flashback: "Few Hours Ago", Location: "Resistance-HQ", Time: "5am"*

"It was earlier in the morning before sunrise, Amy and Knuckles alongside Aiya and Kong are in the main meeting/communication-room. Aiya and Amy are catching Kong up to speed on the situation on the organise Badnik attacks and that Eggman may not be behind it."

(Kong the Ape): "Umm, then the doctor who is now preferred to as 'Mr. Tinker' is not behind them attacks."-(Still unsure if it's true)

(Aiya the Bird): "We're positive, Eggman lost his memories which is why he's like that-"-(Amy then chimes in)

(Amy): "That, and Eggman would have announced himself that he has returned the moment he did."-(Aiya nods in agreement, but then Aiya notices Knuckles is acting off as he places his hand on his head)

(Aiya the Bird): "Umm, Knuckles, what's wrong?"-(Looking concerned for Knuckles)

(Knuckles): "It's, The Master Emerald, something's not right..."-(Amy checks on Knuckles)

(Amy): "But it's hidden on Angel-Island, that's the whole reason why you've been helping us for so long."-(Trying to reassure Knuckles, though Knuckles interjects)

(Knuckles): "I know, but as it's guardian, I've got a special connection to it, it's trying to warning me like something is coming for it..."

*BREET-BREET*

"The group gets an incoming transmission. It's Sonic & Silver."

(Sonic): *Through the transmission*: "Amy, Knux! Are you there? Silver and I find something you must know, but you need to call in everyone!"-(This catches the groups attention)

(Amy): "What is it, what's wrong?"-(While asking, Sonic gets told that Mike has gone off)

(Sonic): *Through the transmission*: "Oh no, Silver, take Whisper back to Resistance HQ, I'm going to go help Mike!"-(Aiya gasps as she panicky asks Sonic)

(Aiya the Bird): "WAIT, MIKE!? SONIC WHERE-"-(But Sonic blasts off without giving Silver, Amy, Knuckles, Amy & Kong a chance to say anything, the transmission ended soon after)-"Oh no..."

*Half an hour later*

(Amy): "Thank you all for coming so quickly."-(Aiya then chimes in)

(Aiya the Bird): "Yeah, we're going to need all the help we can get from you guys."-(Seeming worried cause Mike is in trouble)

"While Knuckles & Kong are chatting near the door/exit of the room, Amy & Aiya are speaking to Tails, Tangle, Blaze, Espio, Vector, Charmy, Shadow, Rouge, Silver and Whisper about the situation involving an Egg-Fleet heading straight for Angel-Island."

(Knuckles): "The Master-Emerald senses a BIG Egg-Fleet heading for MY island, 1 huge ship, 2 bigger drop ships and some battle-ships on route to the Master-Emerald...*Sighs* I never should've left..."-(His head hurts as he senses them through the Master-Emerald, Kong steps in)

(Kong the Ape): "I mean you did came to help your friends fight Eggman down here. It's only right we help you save your island."-(Knuckles turns to Kong and smiles)
