Are you a leader, if you do not think so the question is do you want to be?
But who is actually chosen to be a leader?
Is it the strongest, tallest, bossiest, smartest or strongest person?
NO!!
In the bible, we can see that leadership is not about who is in charge, but about things in heart such as kindness, respect and patience. The best leaders are people who put others before themselves.
Philippians 2:22
But you know his proven character, that as a son with his father he served with me in the gospel.
Timothy was not a man known for his strength, intellect or other common characters people associate to leaders, but He followed the teachings of Jesus, one of the best examples of a leader that shows that the right way to lead is to serve instead of being served.
Each of us hold some form of leadership position, weather we know it or not. There are always people who look up to you weather you realize or not.
We have the power to teach and nurture other people with the way to act towards them. So remember who you are representing and be the leader you are called to be with love, respect and patience.
Everyone here is chosen to make an impact, some to millions, others to thousands, to tens or even just one person. And that one person will continue the kindness and love you have showed them to others.
Be the leader you are called to be and always have a heart of love to the people around you! That way to can lead people to the Ultimate form of love which is the love of Jesus Christ.
