The feline looks were piercing a hole in the heart-shaped lips. Sharp as the cold wind sent by the ocean, eager as the eyes of a lynx.

Despite all of that, Jennie's looks carried a glint of unsureness in them. The elder woman didn't fail to notice that.

In all her lifetime, Jisoo never would've thought that one day, she would be this much in desire of a particular someone. But here we are. She was a responsible individual, she had her do's and don't's. So when you find out that Jisoo wanted to kiss the shit out of her coworker in that moment, would you still understand?

"You are.." Jisoo trailed off. Finding it hard to catch her breathe.

The elder continued,
"You're drenched, you will catch a cold. You should go and change." She finished, worry slightly arising from her tone.

Jennie wasn't satisfied, yet. "But I'm still upset.."

Jennie was an attentive person towards herself, towards the people around her. When she likes, no, is in love with someone, she will notice it quickly. It was as easy as recognizing water in the desert for her. Needless to say this is her first time actually feeling in love. When you've never had something, receiving tons of that thing won't be easy to ignore.

After her mother's sudden departure, she realized that she was turning into a puppet. An emotionless puppet of her father, even though that wasn't exactly terrible since her father was a sweetheart, she would just do whatever he'd say without questioning because she didn't had the strenght to anyways.

She even accepted those cruel assassination trainings, it was hell, but Jennie just didn't mind. She wasn't sad, she wasn't disappointed, after her mother's death, she was just done. Done with life.

Last couple years has been hectic for both her and her father, Chanyeol. With the help of maturing as an individual, Jennie started to realize that if her mother was alive, she would be terribly upset of her daughter's behaviors. Therefore, Jennie felt like she needed to step out of this helpless attire.

Just after that, she found out that her father needed to leave the country.

A certain pitch black haired woman though, made her start to feel alive again. She started to react when absurd things happened, find the desserts delicious, go wander in the bookstores, breathe the cool air in again. She was finally realizing she was a breathing human being, and not a mere puppet.

Jennie wondered if she would have the same realization if she never met Jisoo. Of course, she was learning to get over things as she grew up. Eighteen was an early age for her to handle all of this. She still thought that even if she was all by herself like she was couple months ago, she would learn to continue her life as a capable adult.

Would she feel the touch of the breeze though? Would she hear the rustle of the leaves? Would she feel the beating of her heart?

Jisoo snapped her fingers in front of the brunette who seemed to zone out, she realized the younger did that a lot.

Coming back to reality and taking in the situation they were in, Jennie's heart started to beat madly.

"Huh?" Her cute confused expression made Jisoo smile.

"I asked you if we sleep now, then go for a swim on the beach when we wake up tomorrow, would that help to cheer you up?" All of Jisoo's clothes, thighs (since a drenched woman was sitting on them) and hair were soaked by now. But it was okay, it helped to cool her off in the overwhelming weather.

Jennie smiled shyly since she had something else on her mind and the elder seemed to notice it too. However, Jisoo's plan would work perfectly fine as well. Besides, she realized she was exhausted from the trip here so she decided that she could use a little rest.
