"You stink."

"No shit sherlock. I just came out of a trash can."

"What was wrong with the stairs?" Jennie butted in.

"Probably nothing. She just always have to be extra and act like she's in some Jackie Chen film." Jisoo started the engine to head towards her and Jennie's first mission. Lisa wanted to tag along too so she messaged them to pick her up after she completed her assignment.

"Don't say that Chunnie! You are giving wrong impressions about me." By the time Lisa started protesting she was already spraying herself the air-freshener she found at the back of the car that nobody knew why it was there in the first place. Jisoo was right, she really did stink.

"Aren't you the one jumping into a trash bin from 4th floor? I'm afraid it's too late to worry about your 'impressions'." Jisoo scolded the young blonde who was in the back seat, sulking. She took the 2th turn to left, sensing they were getting closer to the considerably long building.

"Whatever."
Sulk. Then she remembered the point of this ride, and went back to grinning.
"By the way Jennie, are you ready for your first mission? I won't intervene since it has nothing to do with me but I can sense that you and our Chu will be a great team already." Lisa squealed and winked like she was a high school girl, not an assassin with incountable kills.

"I'm kinda excited.. I've never killed someone before." Jennie diverted her gaze to outside of the window. Spring has really came. She thought, as she studied the cherry blossoms outside. She wasn't a fan. But she didn't exactly hate either. She just..didn't like the attention the people would give to flowers just because they were pretty. She may seem like she's trying to be different or such, but she really wasn't. She wished that people would love the mentioned trees in autumn when their leaves were turning to yellowish. But no, once the adorable sight of pinkness is gone, so is the care of the people. It always does.

Back to present, Jisoo and Lisa had a hard time not gasping at the newbie's respond when they heard her answer. As expected, Lisa failed and gave a high pitched gasp.
"You have NEVER killed someone? Girl, you will have to kill dozens of people without blinking an eye from now on. Do you really think you can manage that?" Lisa questioned with wide eyes.

"Sure, why can't I?" Jennie stood unfazed towards her sunbaes' reactions. Did they think she was not capable enough?

"Don't take it wrong Kim, we're not doubting you or anything. But," Jisoo joined to the conversation as she took the last turn, now they were very close to their destination.
"You see, there are no room for emotions in this shit and you are far from an emotionless person." Just as Jennie was about to sadden with the older's opinion and protest to it, the woman continued.
"However, I know so many people who are very different in their jobs and real life. You may be one of them too but you have to prove that to us during the missions." She finished, also stopped the car when she parked near to the building they will be climbing onto.

When Jisoo first saw Jennie, she tried to not make it obvious but she was bewildered. The girl was 24 but it still didn't felt like she was an adult because of the innocent aura she has carried. So at first Jisoo highly doubted about if she could've manage to become a cold-blooded person when it comes to taking lives. But right now, even though she knew her only for 5 days her opinions changed excessively. Jisoo saw the aspiration in younger's eyes every time they talked about their upcoming mission. So she was kinda convinced that the girl would nail it, though she was still in wonder about how the younger would react in action.

The trio get out of the car as the young blonde started,
"Is this the building we will settle on? But it's too long unnie. How are you even going to climb this much?" Lisa was indeed right, the building had at least 50 floors.

Jisoo just unlocked the trunk of the car and took out a large and heavy bag.
She tossed the blonde a noticeably smaller bag, nonetheless still heavy.

"You're right about that Lisa, climbing would be hard. Good luck to you while we head to the elevator. Come on Jen."
Jisoo's voice held an unignorable amount of sarcasm to mess with the younger.
She motioned Jennie to follow her, who happily and excitedly obliged, while a whiny Lisa followed them into the building.

As they hit the button to the top floor Jennie questioned,
"How sure we are that we won't will be exposed like this to CCTV? You guys are carrying obviously huge bags in your hands. It's suspicious." Her voice was rather curious than scared. She liked the relationship Jisoo and Lisa had, it was entertaining to watch their animated quarrels. Also, she was more excited to see Jisoo working than killing someone.

"Nothing will happen. Do you remember Chan?"
Jennie nodded, of course she remembered the crackheads from the bar.
"He's our head black hat. He already deactivated all of the cameras in first and last floor while also making it seem like they are still working."
The younger girl was in awe towards Jisoo's explanation. Maybe she should ask him to teach it to her too..? No, that would be fatiguing and she wasn't planning to tear her braincells like that.

"We're here!" Lisa jogged to the edge of the building.
They prepared themselves and waited for their target to arrive.

At the headquarters, Junmyeon was delighted. He loved how Jisoo and Lisa didn't disappoint him and how they really did take care of the newbie since she was hired.
Especially when he saw how Jisoo helped the newbie with moving her things to the agency's much safer condo designed only for their agents and he was obviously gonna report to Chanyeol about how her daughter was doing. Although it was more like a friendly conversation about his daughter's progress.

"Really?"

"Yes. To be honest, as much as I knew that they wouldn't make her feel isolated, I didn't predict that they would embrace her so quickly either." Junmyeon assured the man on the other line.

"I know right? I of course knew that Jisoo would accept her as a novice, there are so many people who can't get enough of their ego and wouldn't even spare a glance to their asts. Thankfully Jisoo was always far from them and I'm genuienly glad about this news. Can you pass my gratitude to them?"

"Oh, of course I will. By the way, Yeol-ah,"
Junmyeon leaned forwards to his table -even though there was no one but him in the office- and lowered his voice as if he was going to gossip like old ladies.

"What is it?" Came the curious reply from the other line.

"Something's up with your daughter."

"Hm? What do you mean?" Chanyeol was confused but he figured enough to know this was not about business or such.

"You know... I don't know if it's appropriate, but may you know about her sexuality?"
Yes, this question was highly inappropriate and Junmyeon definitely wouldn't ask it if he didn't know them over 10 years.

"Jennie's sexuality? Why would you ask that?" Chanyeol on the other hand, wasn't offended or anything with him, but he couldn't understand what the man was trying to say.
"Just get to the point already Suho-ah."

"I really don't know Yeol. Don't you think them getting close instantly is weird too? Like, I'm not even saying this as their boss. I know Jisoo very, very well. She is like my daughter even though we have around 13 years age gap. I remember when she was a toddler."

"Suho. Are you implying what I'm thinking right now?" Now, it registered to Chanyeol.

The executive let out a heavy sigh, confirming the other man's suspicions.

"As far as I know Jennie never was a one to label themselves. So whoever she likes, so be it. She's still twenty four. I'm not really concerned about her romantical life as long as she has people around her like Jisoo, Lisa or Seulgi. But still don't forget to update me if anything serious happens. Alright?" Chanyeol quietly chuckled at his friend's worries. It touched him to know Suho cared about the girls dearly.

"You know I will, Loey."
