CHAPTER 6.

                                  LEO MEETS SEPHORA. 

LEO'S POV. 

** Hotel by Montell Fish.

Cole grows tired of waiting for the Porsche driver, "Remind me again, why the fuck we're here?"

I couldn't find words to put together, being both shocked & stunned by what I'm seeing outside, "Cole, shut up and look outside."

He groans but still turns his head to look out the window, "Whoa," he says with his jaw hanging low, "her hair..?"

Cole's just as dumbstruck as I am.
But to say what possesed me to step out of the car and to go to the girl, I don't know.
"Where are you going dude?" Cole asks me from the window- I've already stepped out of the car,
"To go talk to her," I shrug, "I want to see if the hair is real or not because if it is.."
I trail off into my thoughts at the possibilities of what this could turn out to be.

The girl in question looks absolutely beautiful- dreamy type of beautiful, the short black dress and oversized hoodie doing her absolute justice.

My blood, what is going on with me?
She was softly bobbing her head to her music, carefree and drinking her soda when I walk over to her.

She turns around on alert, I stop an arm's length away from her- taking a huge gulp. Her eyes- the prophecy eyes. Striking bright silver-grey red rimmed eyes.. this can't be? No, it can't be. The legend eyes have come to be a reality? Her hair.. looks to be real too. The aura that's emitting from her is completely astounding. Power, it would bring me down to my knees in seconds if I wasn't strong enough to stand it. The amount of control it's currently taking me to hold myself together is.. intense but then again I'm not a Royal for nothing.

She was staring at me, clearly calculating her life right before her, which made me chuckle a bit in my head. I mean I know I'm attractive and one thing I surely did not miss was her own jewel-like beauty.
She has a fair skin tone flourished with a tad bit tan to it, clear glowing skin- no sign of blemishes at all almost like pure glass. Her long butterfly lashes fan over her face taking my eyes down to her medium-sized lush lips with a natural dark-red tint?

Who is this girl?
Snapping out of my thoughts, I finally speak, "Like what you see?"
I wouldn't blame her, who wouldn't love a bit of Leo?

No you dim wit, she's probably looking at the eyes you forgot cover up with contacts.
My subconscious takes down my ego- oh shit, my eyes. Why the fuck didn't Cole mention it.

Maybe because you were acting like a panty was stuck up your ass.
Argh, I'll play it cool.. she doesn't have normal eyes either. Far from what my eyes mean.

She scoffs, "You wish."
Cocky much?
I smile and cross my arms over my chest, "For someone who doesn't, you've sure been staring forever."

She chooses to roll her eyes and drink her Cola instead. Okay Ms. hard to get.
But one thing I couldn't understand was that as nervous as she clearly was.. her heart-beat is slow and steady. Almost like a Vampires heart- is she a Vampire? No no, we would've known but then what else could she be if not one of us?

She moves her free hand to rub her throat- nervous?
Cute.
I break the short silence we shared, "You new around here?" I ask while eyeing her Porsche. It's beautiful, the new addition. I would jump and say she's into cars but she's probably just rich.

The Porsche though.. I might just go get myself one tomorrow.

"Have you ever seen me before?"
Oh okay- I raise my hands up in surrender, feigning hurt.
A small beautiful laugh escapes her lips- she even seems to be shocked by it. It makes me notice her straight white teeth, shining from the gems.. also her super pointed K9's- Vamp?

I raise my brow, "Feisty one huh?"
She then rolls her eyes AGAIN, talk about an attitude problem. Which can definitely be fucked out of her.
"You're a good driver." I say instead,
I really just told someone they're a good driver? Whilst I exist? Have I lost it?

"Of course I am,"
My blood, I'm gonna fucking kill her. Is this how I make Cole feel every day of his life?

Oh shut up you like this.
You shut up.

Our conversation went on for a while, till she decided to enter her car and just leave- rude much.
My attention was brought back to her hair again when she turned around. How beautiful it looks up close- I'm failing to explain it myself.

I lean on the rooftop of the Porsche and poke my head into the window a little bit.
"My name's Leo."

She presses the start engine button, the car roars to life- it's definitely highly modified. If this is her car? She's beyond rich.

Mystery woman looks back at me, we share a brief.. longing eye contact, curiosity roaming around the both of our minds.. she gulps, "Sephora."
I nod, stepping away to let her drive off. Sephora.

Moments later after grabbing a drink for me and Cole- whom I almost forgot about, I walk back to the car and drive us home.

It can't be the last time I see her.
Sephora, beautiful name.

I entered the car I haven't said a word since. Heavily in my head about the encounter I had with the mystery woman a while back.

"Did she steal your already non-existent black soul?" Asks Cole as he drinks his Pepsi.
How have I not killed him?

"She has the prophecy eyes." I say rather bluntly, not wanting to continue the conversation further until I reach my fore-father's grand library.. in search for the book.
But of course Cole cannot shut up,

"So.. if she is the prophecy?"

"Impossible." I reply to him, thinking over what he's saying,
"Her heart was slow.. slower than a humans-"

"So Vampire?" He pauses and then answers himself, "Nah, we would've known."
Yes! The realest thing he's uttered the whole night.

We got home quite late, around 01:30 am since we used Dawn RD.. which I'm kind of fucking glad we did.

I park the HellCat and quickly rush to the library in search for some answers.
'Order in nice food, I'm hungry.' I mind-link Cole.

Let's see what I can find in this library.. maybe some explanations of the shift too.
