Part 2 - "Thinning Ice and Built Connections."

(Rui's POV)
{Rui, An}

It all happened so fast, An was doing her routine and all was well, until she violently fell and her head hit the ice. My eyes widened as I ran onto the ice, nearly falling over myself to reach her.

"Fuck.. I told you not to push yourself!"

I said firmly, my fingers reaching for her pulse. I felt the heartbeat and sighed, relieved she was okay.

"I swear to god An, if you go back on the ice once you wake up I will hit you."

I picked up An and slung her onto my back carrying her off the ice. I took her bag from the bench and carried her outside to my car, she woke up as I carried her, her eyes fluttering open gently.

"Kamishiro..?"

She mumbled groggily, I opened the trunk of my car and threw her bag into it.

"Shh, it's okay. I'll take care of you."

She nodded, her eyes closing again. I opened the door to the passenger seat and gently placed her in, securing the seatbelt around her chest. I slipped into the drivers seat, starting the car as I drove her to my shared apartment.

- Rui's Apartment -
(Rui's POV)
{Rui, An, Tsukasa, Saki}

I carried An to my apartment, holding her skating bag in one arm. She still had her skates on and they gently scraped against my back, but I didn't mind she was my top priority right now. I unlocked the door, Tsukasa was sitting on the couch with his sister watching tv.

"I'm home."

I mumbled, throwing An's bag onto the floor. She was asleep, resting her head on my shoulder.

"Seriously rui? You go out for half an hour and you end up killing someone? Why the hell is there a dead girl on your back?"

Saki snorted, keeping back a giggle as I rolled my eyes.

"I didn't kill her, she passed out and I'm gonna help her. It's called being a good person Tsukasa, maybe you've heard of it."

"Damn, he's got you there!"

Saki laughed, tsukasa simply rolled his eyes and scowled at her.

"Why didn't you call 911 when she passed out? Clearly you don't have a brain. Anyways, take her to your room or something. Try not to fuck her."

"As if! I'm not a heartless perv. Bye tsukasa."

I smirked, carrying An to my room and laying her on my bed, gently resting her head on my pillow. I go to the end of the bed and start untying her skates, she looks so peaceful laying there. I place her skates neatly on the floor and she twitches gently, her eyes open suddenly and she lays up quickly.

"Morning sleeping beauty."

"Kamishiro? Where the hell am I! Did you kidnap me or something? Where's the rink!"

"Calm down, you passed out so I brought you to my apartment. You overworked yourself, you really need to take care of yourself better."
