Bella had confessed to Sam what had happened between herself and Tommy and he told her to leave him alone and it's been a month since she's heard of her husband. She's been in bed all day and she hasn't really eaten anything. She just stared at the blank wall in front of her. Iris has tried to get her up from the bed but nothing worked. Not even Linda was able to get her off the bed. Iris knew who was the only person who would be able to get her up that bed and he didn't even want to talk to Bella. He was so pissed off at what she let happen between them.

• FLASHBACK •

Bella had gotten back to her sisters in tears. She was parked outside her drive way and she took out her phone looking at Sam's number. All she had to do was dial it and tell him what Happened. If she just kept it to herself. It was going to be worse if he found out through someone else instead of his own wife. She was honestly conflicted about what to do.

She had to be ready with how he was going to react to her telling him she kissed another man that's not him. So she took a deep breath and dialed his number and he immediately picked up his phone. "Hey." He greeted her and she sniffed. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked her as she cried. "I'm sorry." She said. "What about baby?" He talked her with his soft gentle voice she loved so much. "I- I." She chocked on her cry and she knew Sam was getting worried about what was going on with his wife.

"I kissed someone else." She said and stayed quiet on the other end of the line. "Who?" He asked calmly. "Tommy." She said as he sighed but he didn't say anything. "Say something." She told him as tears ran down her face. "I don't know what to say." He said softly through the phone. "But I could say I need time." He said and she cried harder. " I'm so sorry." She said as her body shook. "I know you are. I know I didn't mean anything to you. But it still hurt that you did it." He said to her and she cried. "Do you like him?" He asked her and she stayed quiet. "You like him." He said. "I do, but I don't love him like I love you." She said as he scoffs.

"Goodbye, Bella." And with that he hung up the phone. "Sam? Sam!" She called out throwing her phone as she cried for being stupid in liking and kissing another guy. She didn't even know she had those feelings until she remembered who he was.

"Where is she?" Sam asked as he entered the home. As much as he didn't want to be there. And was mad at her. He never wanted her to suffer, he still loves her so much. He knocked on her door before he opened it to see her back facing away from the door. She didn't even react to him opening the door. He didn't know if she was asleep or awake. He went and sat down on their bed they both shared. "Bells?" He said gently and that immediately made her turn.

"Sam?" She said sitting up as she wiped her tears. Her under eyes were red and she had dark circles under her eyes as well. Her hair was a mess and she looked like she hasn't really ate anything and in that moment he regretted just putting her to the side for a month. But he was extremely angry with that she confessed to him. He knew that she would never be with another guy. She could barely even be with one when they broke up. "I'm sorry." He said as she shakes her head. "N-No I'm s-sorry." She hugged him. Sam, let's out a sigh and hugged her back tight.

Dean had been keeping her updated on what had been happening and how they fought a covin of witches. He obviously left out the part that Ruby was there helping them. He just didn't want to put more pressure into the relationship he thought was going to fall apart all because of a stupid dumb kiss. Dean tried to talk some sense into his little brother but he didn't know what Sam knows about Bella's feelings for another guy. How she has feelings for Tommy.
