Sweat dripped down his pale face, he took a deep breath as he rushed over behind an abandoned wooden house, that's what it looked like it.
Trying to hide from the nextbots, hoping that it would keep on chasing the other players.
He sighed softly, as he hung his head low, taking out a timer with his left hand. Crouching down, as he wiped the sweat off that trickled down over his face.
“ 5 more seconds left.. ”
Finally, the chaos is about to end, he thought to himself, shoving the timer back into where he had pulled it from, a feeling of relief washing over him afterwards.
The round had finally ended, the nextbots vanished in thin air, a portal appearing in the distance, he glanced towards it, as the other individuals rushed and made their way in the weirdly white glowing portal.
He stood up, dragging his tired feet along under with him, making his way and going inside the portal.
His eyelids fluttered open, glancing at the surroundings, there he stood in a floor covered with big white tiles. White walls surrounding the spacious place.
Glancing back his behind, the portal slowly vanished in thin air. He shifted his head and started to look around the wide white room that he was in, other people was inside there too.
He sighed, as a scream made him jolt up in surprise, he quickly whipped his head around to where the screaming was from, only to see two people throwing hands at each other.
“ YOU STOLE THEM! ”, a person squealed, landing a punch in the other individual's stomach, as a shout followed.“ IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY REVIVE YOU PIECE OF SH— ”
The unbothered boy shook his head, completely used to seeing the two people, witnessing them everytime fighting after finishing a round from being in the game. He giggles at himself, “ Fighting as always.. ” before making his way outside the room.
He thought to himself about the two people that we're just fighting because of a downed person. He chuckled, knowing well that he also would be pissed off if someone stole his revive. But also won't be bothered too much by it, besides, it's only a revive, right?
He shrugs in his mind, lost in thought, he was then suddenly snapped back to reality after hearing someone call out his name.
“ Bobo! ” Bobo smiles, he approaches the person calling for him as he waved his hand happily.
“ Hey Bacon! How was it? ” The bacon hair styled dude, greeted Bobo back with a smile.
“ I revived about 12 people under the 3 minute countdown. ” Bobo covered his own mouth and gasps, chuckling in response,
“ Oh wow, you're always a pro when it comes to saving others, huh ” Bobo smirked, puting his hand down and placing it in his middle-part, Bacon laughing at his response.
Bacon was only a casual, innocent guy but he secretly got the skills with him, he never fails to make Bobo impressed with his actions.
“ Hey Bobo, you've seen those two fighting again over there? ” Bacon glanced through the glass window inside the white room, people now gathered around the two individuals that are both rolling around the ground exchanging punches towards each other.
Bobo stared at Bacon for a quick moment before looking at the now crowded room inside through the glass, and glancing back at Bacon as he replied, “ Ah, it's just their normal routine. ”
If Bobo had a penny about everytime those two randoms fought with each other, he would be a millionaire by now.
Bacon nods his head at the fact that Bobo just spitted out his mouth. Bacon rolled his eyes jokingly, his attention was caught, now gazing afterwards someone from the crowd. “ Looks like my girl is here, Cya soon bud. ” The other male reasoned before he left, leaving Bobo with the company of only himself back.
The mischievous silly bean waved goodbye at him, watching the other individual slowly dissapear away from his sight. For once in a while, Bobo realized, despite the fact of him being popular, he was still all alone.
Bobo was greeted back to reality with the loud footsteps and crowded place around him. He then readjusted his visor on snapping back to his own thoughts, as he made his way outside the place. He stumbled across the hallway, many people greeting Bobo as he passed by.
Bobo was a famous person well-known as one of the best Evade players on the department. Bobo was aware about his popularity, sometimes it stresses him whenever he goes outside, the public recognizes him immediately. Bobo lived a luxurious life, yet he prefers being in a casual situation.
There was this one time fan girls chased Bobo around when he went out in the mall, it got him all annoyed but good thing he hid in the bathroom to lose track with the downbad people. a few minutes passing before the fangirls left. His popularity was crazy with the girls.
Bobo lives in the same building where the main headquarters are, and where the testing of the game occurs. He has his own office, own bedroom, pretty much his own place that's like a house located around on the top floors of the big ass wide building.
Bobo steps inside the elevator, he pushes the button aggressively, not having enough patience within himself. He just wanted to dive in bed and fall asleep already, he was indeed tired after handling a few rounds in the game from earlier.
Just as the elevator doors we're about to close, a hand stuck in the middle of it, the doors opening back completely in response. Bobo's eyes twitched staring at the now opening doors. He mumbles at himself, “ Oh my gosh, I just want to sleep already.. ”
Bobo groaned quietly as he stared at the individual who seem to be in a rush. The stranger steps inside the elevator, he stood besides Bobo. The unfamiliar person panting, as they leaned at the wall.
Bobo looks up at the tall figure besides him, examining their appearance, they wore a black cap on that was placed in their head backwards. A black hoodie, casual pants and shoes that matched their outfit.
They had a muscular build and is good looking. Bobo thought as he quickly realized what he's been doing. His eyes widened as he shook his head to snap out of his thoughts. “ But damn.. ” Bobo bites his lower lip.
“ They do look good. ” Bobo couldn't help but smirk, he then took a deep breath and sighed. It wasn't like he was gay or anything, a compliment wouldn't make a big deal about his own sexuality anyway.
Bobo glanced at them for the last time, he didn't even noticed that the stranger had pressed on the same button where Bobo's place was just located. The elevator stopped moving, the doors slowly opening. Bobo glanced outside the elevator and went to check on which floor was it. " 69th floor ".
Bobo blinks as he realized that it was just where his apartment is located, Bobo waited for the other person to step out as he followed suit. Bobo then started to walk his way to where his designated place was located. And the unfamiliar guy was also walking in the same direction to where Bobo was headed.
He noticed the stranger and thought that he was being followed, but at the time Bobo finally arrived, Bobo stood in front of his apartment door, and decided to watch the stranger.
The stranger fiddled with their pocket, pulling out a card as he swiped the door open in front of where Bobo's apartment was and went inside.
The smaller guy watches in awe, relief and suspicion washing off him, he thought that he was going to be kidnapped or something.
Bobo then grabs the door handle, opening the door in front of him as he went inside, shutting the door behind him. He rushed inside his bedroom, now sat up in the bed.
He toes off his shoes as he gently lays down, grabbing a pillow that was just above his head, removing his visor on and placing it besides the bed lamp, above the cabinet besides the bed.
Bobo couldn't help but keep on thinking about the unfamiliar person as he ran his hand through his hair.
Maybe they're a new person here? Bobo swore at himself that he hasn't seen them around before yawning and drifting off to sleep.
Apologies if this short, I only wrote this because of boredom and my obsession with Evade is getting worser as the day passes 😔 If any of you have any suggestions on what should happen next in the story or some scenarios, help is highly appreciated 🗣️‼️
