After breakfast at Gus's condo, I returned home via a taxi since I left my car at the club and had no interest in going back there.

"Sir, welcome home. Your father is waiting for you in his office," Leny, one of the maids, informed me.

I smiled politely and made my way to my dad's office. It brought back memories of how I used to long for my father's presence after my mom passed away.

Without bothering to knock, I entered, and my dad glared at me. "Didn't we teach you to knock?" he snapped, but I brushed it off and took a seat across from him.

"What do you need?" I didn't even bother looking at him, just gazing around his office. It was my first time there since we had an argument.

"Liam will be transferring to your school next year. Make sure you guide him. There will be some changes in this house when they arrive, so I expect you to be on your best behavior," he instructed.

"Is that all? Fine, I'll be going," I stated before leaving his office.

Liam, huh.

Later on, my father's soon-to-be wife and her son arrived. We all gathered at the dining table, engaging in long, loving conversations before my father turned to me, "Son, show Liam around," he said.

I hesitated, feeling the boy follow me as I left. I intended to express my disinterest in giving him a tour but found myself merely staring when I turned to face him.

He was undeniably attractive. I couldn't blame myself for staring. "U-umm... Hi, Mr. Alejandro's son?" he addressed me. What in the world?

"It's Cedric, not Mr. Alejandro's son. That just sounds awkward," I scoffed. This guy was incredibly charming, hot—anything to describe his appeal. What was I even thinking, Cedric?

"Ah, we should continue the tour," I suggested, trying to break the awkward silence between us.

"A-ah, sure," he responded.

Walking through our home felt like an eternity. Why did the hallway seem so long today? And now I was walking alongside this guy. His profile was strikingly attractive. Fuck what's wrong with me?

After the tour, I decided to retreat to my room and play video games, anything to steer clear of that woman and her son. What on earth is happening to me? Did he cast a spell to make me feel this way towards him? Do they have some witch blood?? Cedric, what are you even thinking!

My thought were cut off because my phone vibrated.

IdiotXyr: Bro, send me pics of your brother; maybe I'll consider him as one of my flings!

Me: What the heck?

What was he even saying? Was he willing to go that far for Liam? Just the thought of those two made my blood boil—wait, why was I even getting upset? Fuck this.

IdiotXyr: Just kidding. By the way, Trev invited us out for a date at the Domino club ;)

Me: We just went there last night, remember? I'll pass.

IdiotXyr: There will be some girls there on our Private room they are Trev's old classmates. Single and ready to mingle!! Maybe we should put this handsome faces in a good use right?? ;)

Girls, huh. Maybe I'll go just to take my mind off Liam. Fuck that dude, why am I even thinking about him!?

Me: Fine. I left my car there, so pick me up.

IdiotXyr: Fine, your highness :(
